My adobe file had very bright hues to it that had difficulty being printed to accuracy, and Diego was so patient and knowledgeable in ways to adjust the image so that it printed correctly. He worked with me and printed multiple example sheets so I could see and approve what the final print would be. It came out perfect! For a comparable price to Office Depot, I got: AMAZING customer service, ability to verify quality and satisfaction with the print, and way better glossy paper material than what I would have gotten for the same price at Office Depot. After about a year, our dealer locations to adopted mvix cms. solid software and very reliable connections to brightsign players. all our departments have user access with permissions. smart playlist feature is a life saver. our IT team just started using their noc feature for all our dealers.”
