After about a year, our dealer locations to adopted mvix cms. solid software and very reliable connections to brightsign players. all our departments have user access with permissions. smart playlist feature is a life saver. our IT team just started using their noc feature for all our dealers.”

Since I brought my own paper, I initially assumed the problem was due to the machine’s limitations, but she took the time to troubleshoot and test possible causes on her side, as well as factors that may have contributed to the issue on my end.
