“I've received pretty decent service here at this Uhaul Neighborhood Dealer. One time, there was a question of where I'd put the dolley I'd rented and I was initially accused of stealing it, thereby charged the cost to buy the dolley plus some random fees. That was an unfortunate experience, but I was able to resolve this with the owners because they have a working camera where they store the dolleys and, after I described the clothing I wore when I returned the equipment so they could investigate, and called for two days about the investigation, they refunded me all the mistaken charges. Because we were able to resolve this issue without problems and I received superb service the second time I went there (more than a year later), I give them five stars. Mistakes happen.They have a variety of trucks available and useful accessories, such as dolleys and packaging tape. You have the option to drop off your truck rental during business hours or after hours, like typical Uhaul locations. I have found the staff to be friendly and would visit this Uhaul location again in the future for moving and other hauling needs.This Uhaul is conveniently located, but a bit hidden in the community, I'd say. You can find it by searching for local uhaul locations, but driving past it, you'd likely not notice it unless you got gas there and saw the multitude of conspicuous Uhaul trucks parked everywhere in the back and along the sides of the corner Mobile gas station lot. This is likely because the business is classified as a "neighborhood dealer." The Uhaul location - and Mobile gas station - are located at the intersection of Village Rd. and N. Shore Dr., just beyond Baron Cameron Ave.”

“My experience with this company was fantastic. The people who work there are incredibly friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth, make everything straightforward, and answer all of your questions in detail. Whenever I called, I usually spoke with Jaime, and at times, Dave. They were both very patient and thorough in responding to my many questions, and were extremely kind. I had to ship my queen-sized bed and box spring, and my work table, which was separated into pieces. They were flexible in allowing me to pre-pack the items (by letting me put some preliminary extra bubble wrap on the table, for my own peace of mind, before they actually packed the furniture). Other places wouldn't let me put anything on the items, which made me nervous about scratches. The men who picked up the furniture were very professional and careful, and everything arrived quickly without any issues. The icing on the cake was that the final price ended up being much less than the original estimate; I appreciated that they were actually genuinely happy that I ended up saving money, instead of trying to find ways to work in other fees or costs. I'd gladly work with them again, because beyond delivering my furniture without any problems, their customer service is top-notch.”

When I got there, William was nice enough to move his car for me so I wasn't in a busy area, which was incredibly professional of him to do. “A rather large facility. I wanted to retrieve items from my U-Box container. I scheduled a couple of days I advance. So other than figuring out where to find my container, everything else was fine. The container as well held up well and my items were still in place from my CA move. Highly recommend U-Box. U-HAUL is less expensive than the other container providers. Thank you team U-Haul.”

“Sherry has exceptional customer service skill and etiquette at this location. I walked in witnessing Sherry patiently and gracefully informing a disgruntled and confused customer. Although there was also a language barrier between herself and the customer, she was able to help the customer understand the conditions of their storage contract. A great solution was offered to the customer to help them save money. My check-out for my Uhaul was seamless and quick. I rented a van that was clean, functional, and came with modern features. Check-in was also seamless, no issues, and I was greeted at the entrance door and escorted out to return to my car.”

“SUPER Mixed Experience.PROS: The front desk guy was friendly. Took my reservation without issues. Didn't try to upsell me. I got everything I asked for in the truck, correct truck, correct dolley, right number of furniture blankets. Customer support on the phone helped me figure out the headlights very quickly (the instructions by the knob led me to believe the knob only controlled the lighted in the cargo bay. You just pull it out lol)DOWNSIDES: When I went to pick my truck up after hours, the app was excessively difficult. You have to have someone else who can verify you AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE (at least I did, while I was on the phone with Customer Support) Since I was moving by myself, this was difficult. My parents were asleep, my closest friends asleep or on other continents. If i had known it was a requirement, I would have scheduled pickup for another time. I got a co-worker to help. I was on the phone for about 45 minutes.Once I got into the Key Box - it WAS EMPTY. This really threw a wrench into things. I did get the truck the next day, and it was in good condition, and the customer support people on the phone were nice, and the guy at the counter apologized but... I don't think it should have been so difficult. How much of my experience is Uhaul's fault for their app? How many stars do I take off for 2 hours of inconvenience? Mistakes happen, so I'm only taking 1 star off...”

“This location is easy to work with. They are friendly and always accommodating. During a recent vehicle rental, I later realized that I needed some extra equipment. I returned to the pick up location, advised of the equipment I needed and they were able to get me adequate within minutes.”

“In and out in less than 5 minutes. Seems like first-come-first-serve even if you make a reservation so I recommend showing up when they open. Entrance 1 (when you first come into the parking lot) was the one you needed to you, entrance 2 in front won't be unlocked, and entrance 3 is on the opposite side of the building.Came in at 8:57 on a Saturday, left my wallet at home so by the time I got back it was 9:30 and there were still plenty of 16' trucks left. Trucks have an included ramp, just big enough for a hand-truck. Truck showed some use but it wasn't nearly as bad as described in other reviews.The 27' with lift gate is for business rentals only, and they only seemed to have one van and very few small trucks. The van was the same price as the 16' so why not go with what they have the most of?”

“I was able to reserve a truck day of. Went to the gas station and was able to park my car on the side of street. Inside of the rental truck was dirty and smelled and I don’t believe they cleaned it in between. Drop off was also simple and quick. I would recommend for quick UHaul needs.”
