“The location first off, was very conveniently located near my home. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. There was a little mixup at the beginning of my rental experience where the previous renter of the van I was renting forgot to return the key the previous evening (obviously to no fault of the staff) and one of the staff members had to retrieve the key. This put me a little behind schedule, but the staff apologized profusely and got the key into my possession soon afterwards. All in all, even with the inconveniences, the staff were still helpful and I will use this location again in the future. Thanks a ton!”
