This particular branch location is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great customer service. Azita, Josiah, Jobo, and one or two others (can not think of their names) always greet you when you walk into the bank and are ready to assist!

Mai and Josiah and Jobo are awesome !! They are so helpful and anticipate and fix problems before they occur.. Let's face it , banks are all the same EXCEPT for customer service, and the Reston Metro Branch of United Bank is the GOLD standard for customer service ....
