There needs to be a 6th star. Two Fridays in a row I have had to next day multiple checks to multiple people (1 each). Nothing easy or enjoyable about such a task, yet Jay, John and the team made me feel like I was a VIP while they managed my ask expertly. Customer for life! Thanks
