“I have had a few really great experiences here. One time, there was a misunderstanding over a purchase that I made at the Reston location, and I had tried to return it at the Leesburg outlet location. Long story short, I had to call the Reston location while at the outlets, and the manager was sooooo kind, she even offered me 25% off for the next time I went into the store, although I haven’t actually made an in store purchase since. I really just want to applaud the customer service and consistent kindness that I have experienced!”

When I came into the store to claim my prizes, I met with the friendliest store manager who congratulated me and led me around the store to determine what styles and sizes I should try on. After selecting multiple pairs, she set up a fitting room for me. I happily found the perfect jeans for me. The entire process was pleasant and seamless.
