This was my first of I expect many times that I take advantage of 2000 Net Computers. I recently ran into a situation that I did not have the skill set, no matter how easy they make it appear on YouTube. Mike first was very kind and thorough in looking over what I had and explaining what he was going to do in putting my dream pc together. I have been to other places and in many cases they lacked the expertise and the problem was not addressed but simply to reinstall Windows. That was the past as I have found who is at an expert knowledge when it comes to building PCs, but also is patient and kind. Oh the prices are fair. I have a beautiful system now, yes maybe to powerful for what I need (I'm not a gamer) but when I turn the power on I swear it purrs. Very happy of finding such a professional.

I came to 2000 Net Computers after a power surge fried my power supply. I brought my computer in and he took a look before letting me know to buy a replacement part with the same model number (he pointed it out) which should resolve the issue (he did not charge me for this). Unfortunately, a few days later with a new power supply and my computer still did not turn on. I brought it back in and spoke with him before leaving my computer in his capable hands. A few business days later, I was able to pick up a working computer with all my files and settings intact. I heartily recommend this shop for any computer issues.

I highly recommend 2000 Net Computers for their excellent service and very reasonable prices. Mike went above and beyond what I expected. He replaced a part for free that was outside the scope of problem and cleaned the inside of my PC so that it is like new. Best experience I've had ever with computer repair.

I noticed most computer shops would start quoting their prices as soon as I stepped thru their front door. This always has the effect of making me want to turn heel and about face. The place you want to patronize is the shop where they ask about your problem FIRST, look at your computer SECOND, tell you what your problem is/could be THIRD, quote prices LAST !! This tells you where their real interest is. After almost 10 years of patronage, I can truly say that Mike and his select cohorts represent the latter. Would not consider going elsewhere at this time ! Mike has the quiet competence of a professional, and I have yet to stump him with a problem. Very happy that his shop is also close by, as my 8 yr. old has used my PC going on 4 yrs. now, and there have been many accidents. Mike has kept me up and running thru all the accidents, and my 8 yr. old has a vocabulary beyond her years from all the online word games she plays.

Great experience here it has to be the best computer shop here in virginia, kind workers and they had my computer fixed from an issue i caused in minutes when i couldn't do it myself love this place and will be coming back for any future issues with my computer
