Their system wouldn’t scan my ID so I was denied service. FYI I’m 40 years old. Waste of gas and time.

Went here to get gas, very small and tight location but convenient to the area, it was clean and the pumps were easy to use, you can pay at the pump or pay inside, this place is right off the highway and the store was clean and the Staff was very helpful and friendly

Don’t bother. Employees can’t be bothered with things like ringing you up or listening to anything you have say to them. Made a simple request that I was getting a “refill” for big gulp and he continues to ring it up at full price “$1.69 vs $.99”Have to give him up down left right instructions to guide him to cigarettes I had asked for and the concept of “left and right”Was a struggle eventually I had to just grab them myself. Is this where the country is headed?? The generation of “ I can’t be bothered and what did you say because they have already forgotten what was just said to them.” God help us

I don't know what process you're using but you need to fine tune it. Drug screening in particular methamphetamine. One of your recent new hires was on the property appearing to be under the influence of something . Is that safe for the people of the neighborhood you serve?

Horrible a** place, employee was fatphobic and rude. I've been in this store w a crop top / bikini top / bralette many many times and she only said something to my plus size friend that she had to wear a shirt, even though men can go in without a shirt. Yelled it across the store that she needed a shirt or had to to leave, was not polite. My male cashier was very nice but whoever that female manager/employee was was shitty af

This store open and close whenever they please and watch customers come back and forth trying to purchase “anything” and still refuse to open this happens randomly multiple times a day it’s like it’s just willing giving bad service and not trying to correct it

Store is always filthy. Husband worked there for two days, got the worst training of his life. The owner, Ann Marie, likes to blame the litterbug customers for their rat problem, when actually it's the mounds of garbage in the front and back store with rotting food and slurpee cups lying around that are the problem. My husband was cleaning out one of the trash cans, when he found mold behind it, literally growing on the floor.Anne Marie, who interviewed us both, blamed lazy workers for her own poor organization. Says workers think they are "high and mighty". She doesn't give a lick of respect, let alone any consideration, for people's experience. Instead saying you can "work yourself up".Nobody wants to manage, let alone work, in your store when you're paying them bottom of the barrel, especially when they have experience. Talk about highly disrespectful. Not to mention the fact that people who are veterans at the store haven't worked their way up, because there's no place to go at Ann Marie's 7-11
