Cashier refused to play my lottery tickets unless I purchased an item from the store.

I’ve been a regular at this 7/11 for over a year now. I bought a two gallon container of Bryer’s chocolate ice cream two days ago for $10 with tax. I got home, scooped myself some, and then took a bite only to find it was completely freezer burnt. I went back and looked at the ice cream and the whole container was frozen with ice crystals and inedible. It was already past midnight and I’m a single female so I decided to wait until the following day to return. When I went back to the store and showed them the ice cream and calmly asked if I could pick another flavor or get a refund, they called their boss and proceeded to tell me my freezer froze/burnt the ice cream. I told them repeatedly it was like that when I opened it, that it takes weeks for ice cream to get that way, and that I was just unable to get back to the store until now. The three men continued to argue with me, insisting none of their ice cream was like this but refusing to take a look at any of the other containers. When I finally decided to cut my losses and leave, one of the men chased me four blocks down the street. He was hollering and I chose to ignore him and walk faster, but he finally caught up to me and tried to hand me his phone so his manager could continue to tell me I messed up the ice cream. I finally had to assertively ask him to leave me alone, and passerby asked if I was okay or if this man was harassing me. Long story short— don’t get their ice cream, don’t expect the product to be edible, and don’t expect your money back if it’s not. Oh and also, if you are a female or generally afraid of harassment, be careful interacting with those male cashiers. I will never come here again. There’s plenty of local markets that would’ve given me a refund or a product I could consume.

Some shady stuff going on with my card at this 7-11. I get charged $1.16 several times throughout the week by this 7-11 without even going there. If it were a scammer they would have used the card elsewhere, but the charges only come from this 7-11....

I recommend going to the location on main street instead. This location feels unsafe, and has shootings every year that I've been in Richmond.

They have a promotion on Newport 100 cigarettes and it was $3 off when you buy two packs I told him I wanted two packs and he only rang me up for one and then when I asked how would I get the $3 off for buying another pack he rang me up for a pack of cigarettes and then bring up another pack so it was two packs on there then he removed one pack off of it and then just counted a dollar so at the end the total was almost $9 which would still be the same amount as if I was buying one pack he's here was just trying to get over and get more money

Terrible service, towing company is very rude and unprofessional. The manager is very disrespectful and impatient. My car got towed and blamed me for putting him in that position.

Terrible. They sell faulty products and don't show exchanges even 10 minutes after purchase. Their reason "you left the store" well yes because I wasn't going to pop open the vape I bought and smoke it in the store to make sure it's not faulty. Ridiculous.
