Literally every loaf of bread in the store was at least a week past it's sell by date today but the clerks are still fine selling it. This store's selection is always less than expected (mostly because the shelves are often empty). The food in the hot case is well below safe temp and several hours old (regardless of when you visit). The people out front asking for assistance are no longer just asking for help, they're trying to get into your car while you go inside and will stand in front of the parking lot exits and will not let you leave until you've paid their toll. This store is a perfect example of franchising gone wrong. The parent company needs to do a mission critical evaluation, and bring a health inspector along with them. For a 24/7 location they seem to have signs on the door constantly stating they are closed for an hour or two and I personally have had an employee lock the door as I tried to enter around 1-2pmIt's also interesting how many of these negative reviews have responses from 7/11 requesting insight on how to fix the issues but this specific location has been this was since at least 2010. It's very upsetting when the only neighborhood store for over a decade can't get it together**Edit** I'm not sure what the owner expectes me to report on their 3rd part app as requested. But it seems really sketchy they want additional info instead of just waking into the store and checking dates. How will the owners respond when someone becomes ill from the expired food they sell, and why isn't a healt inspectior visiting this location which sells hot food to the public for consumption?

Run down 7-eleven that lacks a decent selection of convenience store items. The hot chocolate was water and the store was not very clean.

Food is definitely good to eat and you get your monies worth, especially if you're a 7-11 rewards member.

Used to be a very nice, well kept store. Change of owner? Not very clean, organized or well stocked now.

Went there last week at 4:30am to get something to eat. But instead found a handwritten sign that read "closed until 5:00am". No big deal, things happens. A week later, I try again, but I go at 3:00am instead. Then I found, yet another handwritten sign that said "closed until 5:00am". Why do you been have overnight employees, if they're not even going to open the store? If 7-Eleven is in the business of handing out free paychecks, they should send one this way.

Went there at 11:50pm and it was closed with a hand written sign on the door that said BATHROOM. Must have been a bad one. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed. Three cars full of people showed up and left while I waited. Either pay people more so you can get better people or pay for another staff member. To be closed is ridiculous. We don't expect quality or even good customer service. We do expect you to be open.

I go here a lot because it is right on the corner from where I live. The staff is generally friendly but not the most accommodating. My biggest issue with this store is that items are commonly mispriced. Further, they will not honor a posted price even when you show it to them on the shelf. The most recent time I tried to get two Hot Pockets from the freezer that had a sale tag posted of 2 for $6. When they came up as $7.38 I told them about the posted sale tag. The cashier called someone over after I wouldn't accept the higher price. I showed him the tag clearly said "Hot Pockets 2/$6". He make up a lot of excuses. First, he told me this didn't apply to the Hot Pockets but some bagel item. There was no Hot Pocket bagel item. Then he pointed to where the Hot Pockets were elsewhere in the freezer however the two I took to the counter were the last two with the tag under it. I'm confident it didn't matter as items are typically placed at different places to make it look full. I ask him to honor the price and to remove the tag if it was a mistake but he refused. Finally, I told them to take the items off the register and called 7-11 Corporate to file a complaint. Again, this isn't a single occurrence. It happens regularly. I am sure countless people buy products at this store thinking they are paying a posted price however it is ringing up for more. Unless you pay close attention you will pay more for items in this store than you think you are paying. There is a fine line between sloppy inventory practices and straight up lying to people. However, that line is crossed when you point out the error and they still will not honor the posted price.
