I am Barbara's husband and we come to this store all the time, I was outside in the car when I witnessed the altercation and I must say I am appalled at what I witnessed. This young man needs to be FIRED! We will now shop at the 7 Eleven on W Cary Street. My wife was in fear for her safety Im a retired lawyer and this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Fix it 7 Eleven

My friend worked here and was literally almost attacked while management stood by and let it happen and the guy that was trying to fight my friend came out to my car while I was picking my friend up and tried to fight me for no reason and I had nothing to do with the situation. Everyone working there should be ashamed of themselves. 7 Eleven you have to do better or your employees will end up hurt

Please be aware this man is racist. I witnessed him attempt to assault another employee whom was black. If this is how 7 Eleven represents their brand then I can proudly say I will never spend another dime at 7 Eleven. Please be aware 7 Eleven does not conduct background checks on their employees, 7 Eleven has complete disregard for the safety of their customers and employees apparently what I saw was ridiculous and unprofessional I will be calling the corporate office

On November 28th I walked into this establishment to pick up an order for a customer as a third party provider. I encountered an employee which was very unprofessional disrespectful towards me. I cordially responded to her that the attitude was not necessary which she responded if I don't like the attitude get out the store I'm not giving order anyway. She continued I will make my money and you won't and just threw me out the store. For customers ordering from third party providers for example GrubHub Uber doordash be mindful of this. As she treats the drivers that are attempting to pick up your orders from this location rudely & then refuses to give us your order when I told her the attitude was not needed . So as I attempted to do my job in a professional and cordial manner as you expect us delivery drivers to do. She refuses to give us your orders which in turn means you as a customer will not get your order or you will get it late. So in hindsight as a customer and delivery driver picking up your order. I warn you not to visit this establishment if you expect to be treated as an appreciated customer with respect and dignity as we should be. If you are a customer looking to order from this 711 I would advise you to order from another nearby location. This way us third party provider drivers representing you as a customer when we pick up your order will be treated with respect and given your order in a timely fashion so we can get your order to you as expected as a paying customer. Yo this place is okay but the black lady with the pigtails who works in the evenings has an attitude problem. Don't expect me to put things back I don't buy at the register. Go hand it to me like you're giving it to me with a thumbs up and then get mad when I walk out the door with it, I didn't hear you. I used to spend quite a bit here but nah I'll go to Wawa. The amount of money I did spend here I should get a free Celsius. Bottom line don't be nasty with people who make honest mistakes, sick of it.

Don’t go in there on the weekend during the day. Especially if in a hurry, because you end up waiting at the register while the cashier organizes creamers for 10 minutes while mumbling “be right with you”. When he gets there make sure you’re wearing an umbrella because hes always shaking greasy wet hair out of his eyes.

This is one of the nicer 7-11s around. Always clean. Unfortunately if you come in during the day and only Christopher is working, it takes FOREVER to get checked out. He’s either wandering off, making coffee, or just taking forever in general to get back to the register. The owners have to babysit him to make sure they make money….

Would be 5 stars if the one kid Chris was ever at his register and not doing some busy work, it would be fine if he didn’t take 5 mins to acknowledge you and then say “I’ll be there in a minute” after you’ve been waiting for a few already, then he mumbles some nonsense holding up the process even longer. Sometimes I just go elsewhere when I see him there
