This 7-11 store, stop by there yesterday 11/10/2024 to by some gasoline. I noticed the big sign advertised $2.89 per gasoline. I bought 1 cake treat and $19.00 in gasoline. Went out started pumping the gasoline noticed the regular price on the pump didn't match with the big sign ,it's was $2.94 per gallon. Went back into the store told the sell person that the price didn't match with the sign. I also took video which shows the time and location and prices and I record the voice conversation with the sell person about the complaint and told her that I was recording it . She got upset chasing behind out the store because I was recording her voice. I notify the State of Virginia Comsumer Protection with a complaint. I received a phone called from Debra Pscion with 7-11 concerning this matter, I'm not satisfied because it's only a few cents probably .20 to .30 cents but the thing was how many customers did they make a profit off of and how long have they been doing this. Debra Prcion feels like that .20 -.30 cents that they stole was nothing but I'm work hard each day and every cents has a value. So I'm willing filing a small claim lawsuit against this store . I have pictures & recording concerning this matter from today 11/11/2024 and yesterday 11/10/2024. Sincerely your Jeff Troxell

This location gives 7-Eleven a bad name. The associates think cause they have one bad interaction that gives them the right to talk to people in any kind of way. The staff need to learn respect go both ways,

The male cashier here at 8:30pm today was horrible. His attitude is ridiculous. I said excuse me to ask a question and he yells we ain't got none. Didn't even know what I was going to ask. Yet proceeded to yell at me. I don't have anything to do with any other customers and their questions but to be yelled at before I asked my question was unacceptable

I go here almost daily. It's nothing special and sometimes the line is long and people loiter and beg for change outside of the store.

Worst 711 in va Debbie you got to do better I've been living around here for more then 10 years and the service gets worse every time I visit. Roaches, stale food, bad attitudes. Get your night shift employee's in check or I'll take care of it. How can this place still stand it says 24 hours but the store is closed at random
