Unfortunately on 6/3:25, I had a very bad experience yesterday at this 711 around 8:00 am. I stopped to get coffee and donuts, the cashier on duty was demonstrating somewhat unprofessional demeanor. I don’t know exactly what the dispute were about but, the customer asked him why was he yelling he quoted BECAUSE I CAN” then it excalated even more. So I put my coffee and donuts on the counter and left and he “quoted” anyone else wanted to leave you can do like her and go. I had to go to my car to get myself together. I then went back inside to ask him what was the store number? He said it was on the side of the building. I don’t know if the cashier was having an episode or melt down, but supposed if that customer had a weapon or such we all would have been in danger. I don’t what anyone to lose their job but the customer comes first!! SORRY FOR THIS LONG REVIEW!!!

I just went into 7-Eleven not one I frequent often. I probably won’t be coming back but I smoke cigarettes and I get coupons from Philip Morris or Altria for Marlboro cigarettes. I got some new ones in the mail. They were open at 2:30 in the morning and as soon as I put the coupon down, the guy said oh he doesn’t take any coupons. He doesn’t take coupons. It’s only two dollars. I was gonna get cigarettes anyway and was a promotion for a bite two cigarettes are pretty cheap when you do that at 7-Eleven but it’s funny to me that Whoever that is doesn’t take coupons I mean, I can use them at Wawa Sheetz Kroger all kinds of places other 7-Eleven‘s no one‘s ever told me that they would not accept a manufacture coupon. That’s not expired from Marlboro. Anyway, FYI, writing to 7-Eleven and also writing to Philip Morris. I’m sure this guy makes good money off of cigarettes so not to take. The coupons from the manufacturer is a little puzzling to me frankly, I don’t care but anyway one star. And I know the coupon says the participation is at the discretion of the retailer but the retail in my mind is 711 so if I can go to Cary town and use the coupon, why can’t I use it here so if you’re trying to save money, then this place is not the place to do it Either they’re lazy or there’s I don’t know the bottom line is he wasn’t taking something that’s completely valid so buyers beware no service no sale

Hot food wasn’t from 1901
Coffee was good.
Had bulk water for those of us that work outside.
Special shoutout to Kenny for putting some napkins in my bag because I forgot them and it was a step above the typical employee.

The worst, never open after midnight. Always has a sign on the door saying be back in 15 mins. I've waited several times to get cigarettes and they still won't open. The worst of the worst, this place sucks.

The two gentlemen working in here this morning made my day. They were so friendly and kind when I walked in, it turned my day around totally. I wasn’t even in a bad mood but they made me want to be in a good mood!

I'm gonna give a 4 and then complain fyi. I come in here daily because it's on my route to not only my night job but also a place that I frequent between 6-7am. They never have any food made that's not been sitting for hours. I don't mind because they're more than happy to make it fresh (even the owner/manager) and are overly pleasant. I count on it so to speak. They have a new guy there now who, although he said it respectfully, would not make the food. I was told he can't when I know he can unless of course they just changed policy today. I was told I had to wait until he made them. Make no mistake about it...this is a made to order place. If you ask them to make a fresh pizza they will. Same with any other foods

It’s not actually open 24 hours. After driving a night for work, I came here and the employee has apparently decided to lock the doors. If the hours need to be updated, that’s one thing. But I have a feeling that this has more to do with someone just not wanting to have to deal with a Saturday crowd.

A very bad experience with an outspoken, rude, crass man who worked early Sunday morning and had the nerve to openly insult and berate me verbally for not wanting to answer questions upon my checkout for a coffee. I'll never visit this place again and this guy needs to be fired, point blank. He's aggressive and potentially violent. Good labor is hard to find. Avoid this spot.

I came in for a large cup of coffee yesterday they didn't have the cups so I had to pay more for the extra large, I was in a rush I grabbed a bunch of creamers for my pocket knowing I didn't fill up my coffee all the way, after the experience today I'm glad I got my money's worth doing that. But I came in for a large coffee today they did not have a large and I asked the gentleman working there for a large cup I did not want the medium and I did not want the extra large. He told me those were my only two options, I repeated I wanted more than a medium less than an extra large. He gave in and charged me the price of a large and gave me an extra large coffee. I wanted to double cup for the hot coffee and he said he would charge me more for the cup. WOW I could have been going there every morning on my routine moving forward I'm new in this area. In fact there is a Starbucks right down the street their drive-thru has become quite fast I'll be going there for my coffee from now on gratefully and thankfully I can afford that
