Change your hours on Google. If you’re not 24/7 don’t advertise it online. Trash service to false advertise.

Don’t understand why you advertise your hours as 24/7 if you close? Stopped to grab gas and a snack at 12:30am on a Friday night/Saturday morning and the doors were locked and I was told the store was closed? I completely understand closing but if you state you’re open 24/7 then something doesn’t add up..

This may sound weird, but I have loved 7- Eleven since I was a kid. I just love snacks and they have all kinds. On free Slurpee day, I took my older kids in the middle of the day to do something fun. They got their free small slurpees and they were selling $1 hot dogs. They didn't finish the slurpeea and put them in the freezer. When they went to finish them the toddler was very upset that she did not have one. So, of course I took her also. When we got there they had already run out of the small cups for the promo, but it wasn't 7pm yet. The owners were gracious enough to continue the promo and use regular sized cups. Somehow the owner just KNEW not to fill the cup to the top for her and I appreciated that - because what mom wants their 2 year old to have that much sugar at once? Needless to say everyone was happy at the end of this day.

Advertises as 24/7 but after driving by tonight it wasn’t open at 2am. Would’ve gone to Wawa.

Absolutely Horrible customer service the little lady I would say is the OWNER/MANAGER is extremely rude and condescending I have had interactions with her multiple times she is always Rude and wants to over talk you.Please beware.
