I stood there like I didn’t exist… the other guy came in and got an I’ll be with you in a moment….. spaced out balding guy counting chicken wings like that’s the most important thing not the two customers in front of you….. left my forty dollars of stuff on the counter and went to big apple. Wasted time for a waste of space….

I am very upset I went into this store to get a hot pizza by redeeming my points ( that I earned) and I was told that I could not redeem my points for a whole pizza, and charged me 4000 points and $7. On the 7- Eleven App it clearly states I can redeem 5000 points for a pizza. This is not right and I do believe that corporate should check into how franchises are running these stores and definitely not going by their standard operating procedures.

At the gas pumps they never have any receipt paper nor there is no paper towels for the windows and water. It is always like this I never expect nothing better

Worst cashier ever. Charged me once for my purchase then tried to charge me again because apparently it didnt go thru but it took the money outta my account. Get better cashiers

I avoid even coming to this location now because of the woman working up there. Horrible customer service always giving an attitude which is crazy because I can smell the weed on her would think she would have a better attitude.

People working here are super rude someone accidentally drope the coffee and the person feel bad and try to clean with a napkins and one of the workers (black lady) took very madly from his hands and said don't use my napkins in that I clean this nasty I replay to her why you are mad is an accident she said well is accidents here every 2 min I replay to her well is a business and is part of that ....I think is gonna be recommended training this people in customer service no body do things for bother and I think no body be deserve be treat like that just because you are mad!!!I will never comeback to this place.
