I have been meaning to leave a review for this 7-Eleven just been busy, but decided today to make the time for a well-deserved five star review. I went there with my son on Labor Day 2025.
The store was well stocked and clean and the store clerk who was working by himself was friendly and professional.
He even patiently waited for me while I was checking on a sales price and he explainedt to me the price difference.
A line during that time had quickly formed and the store had gotten busy in no time. Nevertheless the stores associates remain professional friendly and worked efficiently.
I apologize to him for holding up the line as I was checking on the price but he gladly assisted.
And as I left the store and was in sitting in my car I noticed again how he was clearing the line very fast.
I hope his hard work and professionalism is recognized by his boss / corporate and rewarded.

This 7-Eleven is the most unprofessional especially the manager she was friends with a lady that was skipping everyone. Regardless of how immature the situation may be, the manager is supposed to show professionalism. This establishment is filthy and disgusting it also carries a foul odor. Every soda in there is hot and if the refrigerator are not working properly that lets you know, the food is not stored at the right temperature. The manager should not be a manager. In my opinion, regardless of the situation, the manager should always conduct herself in a professional manner, and she was out the door saying obscenities to my friend instead of holding her tongue and being professional. This situation definitely gave the store a bad image and I have a mind to call the health inspectors on the quality of the food in the store. This will not be the last time you hear from me.

This store be closing for hours at a time. I’ve be waiting for 45 minutes to enter. They do the 3 times through out the night. Like how long are their lunch break?????

So 6:30 in the morning on my way to a meeting I have $100 bill and I’m here and wanting to put $30 into my truck. Of course as soon as I pull out the money oh I can’t break that I don’t have this or that to do this or that with this drop or this or that basically they don’t want your money they don’t want my money get it together and have money to make change if you’re gonna So this 7-Eleven is notoriously bad has a 2.3 stars Basically, they don’t want to take your money they don’t want to sell To work or run a business it seems shameful of shameful shameful. Well, there are a plenty of other places to go get gas in Richmond Va and that is exactly what I’m gonna do. I would not recommend the store. I would actually go out of my way to go somewhere else in a different part of town buyers beware.

I am a loyal customer to this 711 about 2 years ago the people at the store wasn't respectful or helpful the night shift really takes on a lot with working at night and I must say they handle their job well they are helpful respectful and honest I had falling off of my bike & they help me with no problem I'm glad they did because I've broken my hip. LaTesha and Tallin is amazing and I'm glad they are their to make the store a better place. The store is coming along it's not a lot of car traffic anymore.

The person at the counter does not do his job as he should. On the website it says that the store is open 24 hours but when we went to buy they simply said that the store was closed. it's ridiculous.

Where is 7-Eleven do not use their gas station. I was scammed on multiple occasions after asking you for your pin and proceeds to ask for the RLK found out through my bank. It is a scam don’t you dare put your card in their gas station

The service is terrible, the woman who attends is standing using her cell phone and doing nothing and says that it is already closed, so it is not true that this place is open 24 hours. It’s the worst service I’ve ever had. It is also a xenophobic because it only serves Americans and not Latinos.

This place is absolutely trash . It is only still in business because there are only 3 gas stations in the city of Richmond. The staff sucks and the pumps never work . I literally poured gas on my self because the pump got stuck . If this placed closed down it would easily make Richmond a more enjoyable place .
