An old, rude, white woman who works there was extremely racist to me, and she refused to help me. She used a cuss word at me. When I stood up for myself and cussed her back, she told me to get out. She told me to go where I came from, which was extremely racist. I will never shop from here again. This is not professional.

Old food all day never changed unless its sold. They dont wear gloves when serving food a lot of expired iteams .Coffee since morning Taste like dirt. If you asked for fresh one they say they can't make it because its a waste. The lady behind the register need to go back to take custmer service class to learn how to treat people nicely.
Waste off money and gas coming here.

I wish I had a photo to post on here. I have no issue with the store or the employees. I'm writing this because it is by far the worst brick-work I have ever seen. The bricks are all crooked and going in every direction. It looks like a bunch of monkeys laid the bricks. I hope everyone sees this post, because it's worth it just to drive by there and get a look at it. It is hysterical! 🙈

If it were not for the woman working on monday mornings, this store would get 5 stars, one belligerent employee with an attitude who will straight up ignore you. If something isn't done, I will take my money elsewhere. I have been going to this 711 for 20+ years, but will drive the extra 10 min to go somewhere else and spend my $20 a day on product elsewhere.

This store needs to shut down. When I pulled up yesterday the manager was outside completely nodded off high. I turn my stereo up hoping that she would snap out of it when I got out of the car I confronted her about it she then proceeded to cuss me out and flick me off and told me to mind my own business I will not be shopping at this 7-Eleven ever again and I will be notifying Henrico County police of this situation.
