Got $38 in gas employee screwed up and put $30 down went back in to explain she couldn't even remember how much I gave explained four times how much and she refused to give me the $8 back or put it on the pump her response was I work for lyft so I'll make it back. She straight up stole that.

I love this sleven. The staff are the sweetest cutest angels and the vibes are immaculate. They always have taquitos and snecks. Everytime i go in it’s like going to the bar in Cheers. Best one around.

I highly recommend this establishment. They always have every snack in stock for those times you need to just run in and grab a beer or wine. Thank you for being you!!! OH and the nachos are amazing.

I stopped by 7/11 on my way to work. 2 out of the 4 pumps they had were broken. There was no sign placed on either of the pumps to let customers know they weren’t working. I didn’t know this til after I payed for gas and to not get the full amount of gas I payed for. The intial cashier that helped with the blonde dreadlocks had poor customer service, unprofessional and didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. I was waiting for her to fix this for about 30 minutes just for her to ask me to pay for the gas again! The ending was result was myself being late to work and still not receiving the gas she paid for. I asked her before I left if I could get a managers name or number and she refused to give it me at first. I had to threaten to call corporate just for her to tell me that her manager comes in on Saturday mornings. I stopped by today to see if I could get my money back or fill my car with the gas I never received and the manager (old white women) yet again, rude, poor customer service and basically told me I had to 3 days to get my money back. I wasn’t offered anything as a courtesy for the poor customer service or anything. The worst 7/11 I’ve been to and I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here.

The manager, I dont know her name, but she is tall, and has blonde hair dyed with pinkish streaks, and wears a ponytail. Looks like a biker chik. She refuses to cook food fresh for customers. She just served me wings that had been sitting in the box for hours. She refused to cook me fresh wings upon request. The wings I got were old, and disgusting. If you charge restaurant prices, I expect to be able to get my food made fresh upon request. How hard is it to put 10 wings in a toaster oven, and press start? She always has an attitude, and the staff are clearly scared of her. I asked a different person to make my wings, and they looked scared and told me I had to ask her. Terrible customer service, and she looks like she hates her job everyday I go in there. I try to avoid her at all cost. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will avoid this location at all costs. I will be going in for a refund, but i bet she wont give it to me.

Not exactly my favorite store really. Tends to be high on prices. Staff usually not that friendly. Don't use ur debit card at the pump. They put a 100 dollar hold on ur card every time I pay with a card at the pump. Pay inside and u won't have that problem.

I was on my way to work and needed to get change for the tolls, I had to drive around their delivery truck , go inside and ask to get change for two dollars and this old woman begin the counter flat out refused to help me, in fact she was so rude and even stood there drinking her soda, dressed in her regular clothes and as I asked her again, she again refused to help me, she seemed proud of herself for being nasty and rude, she got off on being ugly and mean.

Amazing store with great service. Definitely deserves 5 stars but my only inconvenience is I work very late and I thought 711 was 24/7 but it always seems like this store is closed by the time I get home around 1-2am. And sometimes I really want a midnight snack. But that’s just my simple complaint, and not a reflection of the store. The store is amazing!! 5 stars
