I don't like the attention there, a young dark-skinned man treated my friend badly for not speaking English at the Serro cash register on Friday, July 25th at night and it's not the first time, a few days ago he threw my change in my hand, the truth is it bothers me because just as we do our best to understand them, they should understand, although I was translating for my friend and he insisted on intimidating him, it's outrageous, although I like to be good friends with Americans and dark-skinned people and from all countries, it bothers me that they are racist when not even they are pure blood of this country, do not forget that we are all human regardless of race, color or religion,

This is the worst 711. I moved about two years ago to this area. I recently had to stop using the 7-Eleven app for deliveries. The “employees” dont want to make food correctly, they don’t want to make the orders, or they don’t even want to provide customer service. I’ve been in here in person and have ordered delivery. I work from home so the deals and discounts are great but this 711 always fails. This last order was the last straw. I’ve cancelled my 711 subscription because I can’t get a correct order. This pizza has burnt flakes all over it. And the had the nerve to send these burnt chicken crumbs out.

Walked into this location. Ask for a hash brown the cashier went into the back to ask another person to get the hash brown. The lady came out with an attitude, did not speak when spoken to. I immediately change my mind on the hash brown and left: I don’t pay for rude customer service.

The service was terrible. The guy at the cash register didn't want to serve me well and was also very rude. When I bought a hot dog, he asked me what weird hot dogs I made but he kept yelling like he wanted everyone in that store to hear him, also the other employees are a bit rude and don't serve well. I will not be going back to that Seven Eleven.

They just don't care about costumer service. The workers always be mad and rude. If you ask for help they just don't give a piece of cake, and so racist to Hispanic people

They would not sell me a bottle of creamer on Christmas day, they where all rude and didn't care... the tall black gentleman at the cash register said after I toll them that I've been buying it here for like 5 bucks or more and then man at register wanted to sell it to me then. I told them no and I would be reporting them... I will never go this 711 ever again... i do hope you guys can hire people with common scenes and not looking like your a zombie on drugs.... all three employees where extremely rude.. and if the manager isn't smart enough to ring me up for creamer then she don't need to be working there...

Come to the store at 4:42 a.m. on November 13th 2023 ask the guy what time the store open back up he says when I get done but if you do look the store is rated as a 24-hour store what is the doors doing locked and shut with customers standing outside poor communication and management that's what it is and here it is 5:42 p.m. a.m. same day call the 7-Eleven lady says be closed for another hour for cleaning you got 10 customers standing in line at the door doors are locked
