I wish I could give this a better rating because the owner/general manager & the women that are the morning staff are great, however the foreign “gentleman” that works in the afternoon, is the reason I will never return. He was extremely rude to the point of even throwing a cup, that he grabbed out of the TRASH CAN, at me. He has no idea how blessed he is that my husband wasn’t with me. All bc I told him he charged me for 2 cups of ice & I only had used one. I didn’t even get the slightest bit rude with him, until he cussed at me. I try to be kind to everyone, bc you never know what someone is going through. Inevitably, I left w/out buying anything. Now I, along with my family, & our friends, will never be patrons at this 7/11 again.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in by ALL staff. The store was immaculate, and the coffee station was well stocked and very clean.

Went last night to return a apple pie bc the taste tasted old and the Spanish young worker guy working opened it up smelled the apple pie and gave it back and refused to return item that was very unsafe unsanitized and inappropriate and he was rude

They have Skimming devices for Ebt cards and or debit cards and they will keep your pin the one time I went to this one my whole Snap card was cleared the following month beware

I use to like this store but 1 bad apple cam spoil the bunch. I did notice the cashier attitude on other occasions but everyone has an off day. I want to be clear it is the heavy white man wjo works weekday evenings after 5. I use to go to this store everyday then was refused service last week. . I made my purchase. Went to To check my lottery tickets and the lottery machine said to see the clerk. I looked at the clerk and asked would you be able to check my lottery tickets? He replied to do it through the machine I explained to him what the machine said to check with clerk. He asked me to wait so I stood there as he rung up 5 customers. Including a man who wasnt in line prior to. I said excuse me can you check my tickets you said you would check them. Then he says you need to get back in line and I said for what I've been standing here and I've already made my purchase why do I need to get back in line now and you told me to wait. . I said fine you will check these tickets you sjould said get bavk in line why ask me to wait. Then he said you might as well not wait I am not serving you. . I want to cuss him out why bother. I filed a complaint with customer service 1 800 number at 711 for 3 days didn't respond. Closed the tickey refusing to check wss noted in the case. I will spend my money with wawa or famart at least they care about there customers.

This 7-Eleven is still in business? Have not been here in years because it is filthy, it’s in a horrible location (getting in and out of the parking lot is high risk), and everything is overpriced (but that’s most convenience stores). Stopping letting these foreigners who don’t care about you or your community open /take over these businesses. Why does every convenience store have an Indian, Pakistani, or other foreign ethnic minority owner?

Can yall get a night shift that actually works? Every night I get off(1am) they’re always closed. I thought 7/11 was open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A couple weeks ago I came in at 1 am and they put a “bathroom break- 10min” sign up, I come back 30min later the sign is still up. I come back an hr later(90min now) and the sign is still up. It happens almost every night.

I walked in and was looking at the fishing lighters I picked the box up to look on the other side aI saw roach crawl out I was dont from that moment on THEY ARE NASTY not to mention the dead roach and other kind of bug I saw next to it Ghetto Trap 7 11 lots of crime surrounds this area dirty parking lot - ratchetness at its best
