I use to like this store but 1 bad apple cam spoil the bunch. I did notice the cashier attitude on other occasions but everyone has an off day. I want to be clear it is the heavy white man wjo works weekday evenings after 5. I use to go to this store everyday then was refused service last week. . I made my purchase. Went to To check my lottery tickets and the lottery machine said to see the clerk. I looked at the clerk and asked would you be able to check my lottery tickets? He replied to do it through the machine I explained to him what the machine said to check with clerk. He asked me to wait so I stood there as he rung up 5 customers. Including a man who wasnt in line prior to. I said excuse me can you check my tickets you said you would check them. Then he says you need to get back in line and I said for what I've been standing here and I've already made my purchase why do I need to get back in line now and you told me to wait. . I said fine you will check these tickets you sjould said get bavk in line why ask me to wait. Then he said you might as well not wait I am not serving you. . I want to cuss him out why bother. I filed a complaint with customer service 1 800 number at 711 for 3 days didn't respond. Closed the tickey refusing to check wss noted in the case. I will spend my money with wawa or famart at least they care about there customers.

This 7-Eleven is still in business? Have not been here in years because it is filthy, it’s in a horrible location (getting in and out of the parking lot is high risk), and everything is overpriced (but that’s most convenience stores). Stopping letting these foreigners who don’t care about you or your community open /take over these businesses. Why does every convenience store have an Indian, Pakistani, or other foreign ethnic minority owner?

Can yall get a night shift that actually works? Every night I get off(1am) they’re always closed. I thought 7/11 was open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A couple weeks ago I came in at 1 am and they put a “bathroom break- 10min” sign up, I come back 30min later the sign is still up. I come back an hr later(90min now) and the sign is still up. It happens almost every night.

I walked in and was looking at the fishing lighters I picked the box up to look on the other side aI saw roach crawl out I was dont from that moment on THEY ARE NASTY not to mention the dead roach and other kind of bug I saw next to it Ghetto Trap 7 11 lots of crime surrounds this area dirty parking lot - ratchetness at its best

This is the worst 711 in chestrrfield today they had 8 customers standing out side whole no one was in the store, sadly some of them walked to the store only to find out the employee has left or was sleep. Its not the first time. Please close down so another more suitable business can prosper.

Theres one women that works in the store, I really don't feel like she does her job. Esp when it comes to the to go food. Besides her the rest of the staff seem to b really nice.

This 7-Eleven is closer to me than any of the other ones so I stop here regularly. Some of their employees are pretty friendly and some need an attitude adjustment if you don't like the job then find another one or if you don't like working with the public then this isn't the job for you. Anyway, the location is great the problem that I have with it is the parking. It truly sucks normally in the early morning it's hard to find parking. They need to purchase the lot next to the store and expand on the parking lot. There's been times where I drive pass the store because there's no parking to go to the other convenient store. How many other people have went pass the store because the parking lot is too full. It's ridiculous

Its 7-11, u know what to expect. It just fine, this location i remodeled and nice but it is on the border of the ghetto so keep that in mind.
