Rude customer service. The sign was broken and the pumps were full so I went inside to ask how much gas currently was instead of waiting in line for a pump when I didn’t even know if I wanted to get gas there… anyways I walk inside and the lady yells across the room “what I can’t hear you” then I ask politely do you happen to know the price of your gas currently, the sign is broken. The lady then says in a very rude attitude… “it’s what’s on the pumps” I then say that not very polite and as I walk out she says I answered your question didn’t I…. Like what you work at 7/11 learn how to talk to people

This place is horrible! Some of the worse customer service and the bathrooms definitely need cleaning. Yet another 7-Eleven out of free slurpees on slurpee day. We all know 7-Eleven supports the car community apparently this store did not get the memo.

I came to this place to make a rent payment and surprise they counted my money wrong when I had all my money for the rent and no and no now they say that I have to wait until the next day to see if there is more money in their register but if they want they will give it to me if not then I will lose 100 dollars that with what sacrifice could I have had for the store to take it from me
Don't go to that store, the manager is a thief along with everyone else. Don't go there anymore.

I've deleted my previous review, and increased my rating. These guys are trying really hard to be better, and it's evident. I get all my gas and coffee here. We ALL need to try to be better, not simply ask those we are reviewing to be better. We can accomplish more together than apart.

I entered the store to quickly grab some apple juice for my mom and was holding two bottles, my phone, and $10. When I placed everything down on the counter, I made sure to have my 7-Eleven code ready. After scanning the code and the juice, the cashier expressed her disappointment in a very rude manner. She said she found it disrespectful for me to leave the money on the counter and mentioned that she felt too old for this type of interaction.
I understand that working in retail can be stressful, especially for those who have been on the job for a long time. However, before I even approached the counter, I noticed that she seemed frustrated with other customers as well. It’s not fair to let personal feelings affect others because of your own frustrations.
Overall, from the little I saw, the store looked good and was well-organized, but my experience was overshadowed by the cashier's rudeness. I had no intention of disrespecting her; I simply placed everything down in a respectful manner. I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service moving forward.

Old dude with the long beard is AWFUL. Assumes everyone is a shoplifter and follows them around the store. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible service, horrible I bought some mini tacos and they were bad, the service guy or the cashier was rude I had a bad time, need to get different staff.

I bought some condoms 2 days ago the package was wet with some kind of liquid. I asked politely the old guy to please give a different package because I didn't want to take any risks. He became so upset and said NOOO . Of course, he lied to me because I saw I him scanning a different package in order to be able to sell the bad one. This is not the first time this old dude has this kind of attitude. He is always mad and grumpy. This is the worst customer service in all Chesterfield area. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

i wouldn't honestly give this place on star. i brung my id/dd client into this place to get a snack and drink. the customer service is horrible. i would never want to be a person that is proud of being rude and nasty to anyone let alone a mentally handicap person. i'll be filing a complaint with the ADA! and other advocates w/ individuals w/ disabilities.

No bag offered for gentlemen in feont of me or myself. We both had multiple items. No big deal just remember youre a convenience store lol.
