The process to get set up is extremely slow. It takes maybe 20-30 mins but due to credit card issues it took over an hour. The staff (Nicki) was nice

I was so worried that it would be a difficult process to rent a storage unit, but I called and was so pleasantly surprised and calm. All my questions were answered before I asked and she stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything went through! Thank you so much!!

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the condition of my son's belongings when he retrieved them from your storage unit. Despite being stored for less than two months, his items were covered in mouse droppings, urine, and feces, rendering them severely damaged. The unit was also infested with cockroaches. After unpacking 1box over 9 mice ran out of box there was a nest inside !!!!! I am shocked that a storage facility would operate under such deplorable conditions. While affordability is important, it's no excuse for compromising on service quality. I strongly advise others seeking reliable storage to explore alternative options. Numerous reviews have highlighted similar issues with rodent damage, which can lead to health issues like respiratory infections ect . We intend to report this incident to management, file a claim, and escalate the matter if necessary to ensure compensation for the damages.

I wish it was a little bit more temperature controlled. I’m used to storage units that when you walk in it’s about 70° and this was a good 80.

Highly recommended!
From the beginning stages of setting up the rental process, the folks at AAAA Self Storage & Moving were incredibly friendly & helpful. They made us feel very comfortable leaving our items there, knowing our stuff would be in safe hands.
The business has great hours, several access points, and carts to make transporting items easy, plus it is close to the heart of Richmond.
We used AAAA's space for 2 years, and hope to work with them again.
