This is my first time in over a year paying my bill late and they are making me pay 394.00 when my bill is 235.00 per month! They are a rip off! Once I pay them off I will never do business with them again! I am a loyal customer and I feel this is not right! The first time I’m late paying my bill and I have to pay almost double the monthly amount and than have to pay the regular amount next month! Why is that! Just give me the late fees and be done with it! Oh no! They want me to pay late fees and also for a month in a half! Why I have paid my payment in full the last month! Let’s just say I will never get anything else from the. Again and I will tell my friends and family not to deal with them either!

Brittany from Aaron’s called about a special they were having. I told her was I’m interested in that I’m looking for a washer and dryer. I went the Aaron’s at the Laburnum location. I picked out the white washer and dryer. She informed everything was electronically done now and everything was done. She said Monday June 13th. I asked her what time? She said between 11-3pm. I told her no I my mother has a doctors appointment at 11:15am. I’m her caregiver. I asked her if she had anything later in the evening she said no. So she suggested giving her a call after my mothers doctor I said ok. Well I received a rude voicemail from Matt the manager. Telling me his guys were at my house where was I at? They have I need to give him a call back. So I call back. I asked for the male that answered phone said he was unavailable can he help me. I said yes I told him I did not appreciate the voicemail message I want the account canceled he had me in speakerphone and before I could say anything else he said fine account canceled and hung up on me. I called right back. The phone rang 10 times Matt answer I told him what. He tried to say he didn’t know what happen or didn’t hear anything until I called just now. I told him I didn’t believe hm. I want my account canceled and my credit removed and I did tell him about that voicemail. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! They lost a good customer

My wife and I were in need of a washer and dryer. Alonzo (salesman) and Matt ( store manager) provided us exceptional customer care! Although it had snowed overnight, the delivery guys came out and delivered our products on time! They did an excellent job installing our washer and dryer.The entire team at this store are to be commended for extraordinary customer service! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who desires to have qualitymerchandise and incredible customer care!Hats off to Matt and his team!We look forward to our next purchase...THANK YOU!

Ive been dealing with Aarons for 7.5yrs I've had at least 4 accounts open n paid for them all their customer service is on point any thing I've gotten n needed servicing wad always done on point with a loner in place til they repair my item n return it I will tell anyone if tge regular furniture store turns you down go to a rent to own no problems no issues about your credit ?
