I spoke with Karen trying to get information regarding my prescription and she was the worst customer service representative I've ever talked to. Her attitude was beyond despicable. She put me on hold mid sentence when I asked about the price breakdown and when I asked to speak with a manager, the Spanish woman who answered was even nastier. SMH

This pharmacy was fine until today. The app kept sending countless pop-ups saying my medication was ready. I finally rushed over, parked in the ridiculously tight garage, only to be told it wasn’t ready and that I’d need to wait another 30 minutes.
The manager was rude and said if I didn’t pick it up within a week, they’d put it back. No deadline was given in the app. Even after showing them the messages, they didn’t care. This is the last time I’m coming here—I see why this place has such low reviews.
I’m going back to Hope Pharmacy. I only came here because my medication was free, but the hassle isn’t worth it. Thank God this is my last week working at VCUHS. ✌🏽

The foreign black guy that’s at the counter has a history of being rude to customers. I usually will wait for the next cashier to avoid his intentional motive to make customers unhappy. I’m changing my pharmacy for this reason. All other employees are great! I love acc in spite of.

Nobody will answer the phone to refill my prescription & MyChart refills never work for me. Idk what to do to get my meds. I can't pick them up if nobody will answer to fill them.

I had a really rough experience with them the last time I visited. I had received a call saying my medication was ready for pickup so when I arrived there wasn't anyone in line or at the front desk I waited for about 15 minutes and someone finally came out the back and when I told them I received a call saying my medication was ready for pickup and I was there to pick them up they said they didn't have anything in their system for me so I explained that I didn't understand why I received a call from them saying I had medication ready if there isn't anything in their system so as proof I showed them where I received the call from them and wanted an explanation on why this was happening and what would be the next step to fix this problem? So after wanting an explanation I was made out to be a "liar" about the phone call after I showed proof of them calling. They were rude and disrespectful and since that incident I have not returned to that pharmacy and I refuse to do business with them because of that altercation. I will continue to do business elsewhere.

I do not like this pharmacy because I’m calling to transfer my prescriptions to cvs pharmacy. They have the most disrespectful nasty attitudes. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. I will never get my prescriptions with them again. I dealt with customer service all my life and even on my bad days…I still show customer’s respect like I want to be respected. Treat people like you want to be treated. Your job is being in the customer service field and still be nasty towards people. How awful and rude. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

This pharmacy is plain awful! Everyone that works there is in a bad mood or has a chip on their shoulder. Lazy staff told me my prescription wasn't covered. Charged me $890.00. After I paid for the prescription my insurance told me that they had already sent the pre approved and that it was definitely covered. I had a 10.00 copay. Now because of their lazy and incompetent culture I have to wait to get reimbursed from my insurance.

If you are looking for a pharmacy THIS ISNT THE ONE find a new one if you are a patient transfer!! Horrible I was told I couldn’t sit down to wait for my prescription, or my place in line would be lost. when I’m noticeably pregnant an told them I was dizzy and needed to sit down. Went before an another lady let me sit down. but this time It was a problem very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone with that type of behavior. Denied me my meds for my preclampsia because I refused to stand I will be calling corporate. I hope you know it’s illegal to deny someone there meds especially if they have the funds an insurance that covers it.

had one nice employee, but mostly delt with a man who was so so rude to us. ive worked in a fast paced setting before, and i understand its stressful, but nothing warrants the kind of things he was saying to us.
