Took car to get Caninter purge valve fixed.. worked good for a few weeks now it’s acting weird. I called them and was told for another $150 I can bring it up to be diagnosed. I said why would I pay it again, she said you’re having a new issue.. no maam.. it’s the same issue. Not great customer service. Not to mention.. they close at 5.. not 5:30.. didn’t tell me that until 4:50 to see if I was “on my way”

Went to the shop for a maintenance issue... The old man fixed only half of the problem but not the other half.... Has an attitude problem and then blames me for it; even though he's the mechanic and he's supposed to perform diagnostics on the car to ensure the problem is identified appropriately....
You didn't even run a test afterwards to make sure the problem was actually fixed.....
I would not be back his customer service and auto mechanic skills are trash

Fast service and friendly staff. I've taken all my vehicles here for years because of the affordable prices and family feeling. The Raglands are very nice people who treat everyone with respect.

I want to give a BIG appreciation to Mr. Johnny. I’ve had my car repaired twice at his repair shop.
His service is fair, honest, and professional. During my first visit he met me at the entrance and was so friendly while patiently listening to my story.
My SUV was vandalized severely.
My car’s paint job, came with delicate repairs to include a few other things he threw in, were impeccable .
My second return to his shop was because of a hit and run accident. He quickly recovered my insurance claim information so I could get my car back sooner than expected so I could enjoy my holiday. I was so happy.
Along with his great service my vehicle is vacuumed, cleaned inside and out and he guarantees ALL his repairs as always.
I HIGHLY recommend Affordable Repair Services. I will add that he will work with your budget and is extremely fair.
I am a very satisfied customer.

My son’s clutch went out. Bill was able to fix it within a short time frame. Some mechanics are great at what they do but are horrible with personal skill; Bill was pleasant to talk with. Lastly, his price was really most affordable around (pertaining to one person review, just because someone’s estimate is higher than competition doesn’t make them a 1-star business or discriminatory lol)

Not willing to get me in for a reinspection within the 15 day timeframe after a failed inspection. Also quoted $250 on just rear brakes when 3 other shops quoted 175. They discriminated based on age or gender. I’m not for sure which. Do not go here if you are looking for honest people to do work on your vehicle.
