Friendly, helpful staff. Great location convenient to the Northside and I95. Very clean. Secure. Climate controlled. I never experienced a crowd or had to wait for a dolly. It was all that I needed and very affordable. Highly recommend.

This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had as a potential customer. When I walked in with my mom neither one of us were acknowledged by the staff. They were all looking at us like were aliens and didn’t bother to ask how we were or what we needed. I had to literally greet the staff before I could get any help and even after that one lady responded saying that she was helping someone else and that the staff member next to her would have to help. They looked like they weren’t even interested in answering any questions we had. We wanted to potentially rent a storage unit from this location but after the customer service experience we had we will definitely pass. Learn how to treat people.

When moving out of a unit they don’t provide any area for trash and go pee before you get there.

I called Ample Storage and I spoke with John Knight He was very professional. He answered all my questions and was able to give me additional pertinent information concerning my storage site. The facility is very clean. It has easy access ,climate control and equipment(dolly, flat bed) to make your move a easy experience. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a safe clean storage unit
