I visited this store on April 17th and while I didn’t purchase anything (because I didn’t like the way the clothes fit). I had to give a review about the Excellent customer service I received. They were very attentive, answered any questions I had and offered suggestions.

Usually very kind, attentive, communicative, and helpful…but lately turning sour with the customer service. Until now, we’ve always been impressed with the style and vibe of this particular Anthro. Our hope is that it will improve overall customer service.

Honestly I’m giving this place five stars because every time I go in the employees are so kind and welcoming. I have a baby so shopping can be really hard and they are so helpful to me and the fitting rooms are perfect for a nursing break and diaper changes.

Anthro is one of my favorite stores. I popped in to return items ordered online. It was my intent to leave empty handed, however I was not successful. They have THE MOST PRETTIEST COLORFUL items for the upcoming season. I recommend trying on before you purchase as the sizing can be inconsistent.

Always a great experience regardless of the location. Awesome customer service. Their candles are AHHHHmazing. My absolute favorite candle is Panjore Lychee. Best candle for a at home spa day. Just wonderful. Store is a little pricey so stay in your lane and don’t complain.
