I utilized a video call w/ Malcolm to remedy an issue I was having with a debit/credit card activation. The problem was solved in a short period of time. I love that the video meeting was an option as it was easy and efficient.

I arrived, and they assisted me immediately! I also want to mention that I brought my two-year-old son with me, and everyone was incredibly patient with both of us, especially considering how active he is. I was able to set up my checking and savings accounts and explore options for opening a business account. My representative, Kenneth Reid, was exceptional; he was very knowledgeable about both the accounts and Atlantic Union Bank. Overall, I would give this experience a 10/10 and highly recommend it! It's a fantastic investment for your future finances.

I use the Scotts Addition branch weekly, starting when they first opened. I get great, efficient and nice service. The tellers are always able to solve my issues. When my account was compromised Max and his team got that mess straightened out.

After several painfully complicated attempts at a HELOC with other banks, we were fortunate enough to engage Max Malmgren at Atlantic Union Bank. His professionalism and clarity, along with a streamlined and stress-free process, made the entire process a pleasure from start to finish. I would advise not to bank at this location or any other. Atlantic Union does not have your best interest at heart. Recently my account was hit with fraudulent activity. Atlantic Union contacted me and stated that the account had been closed and to come into the branch to create a new one (which was a lie). Infact my account was kept open and instead of rejecting my next direct deposit check from my job, Atlantic Union decided to use that check without my knowledge in an attempt to clear the insufficient funds caused by the fraudulent activity on my account THUS leaving me with no money. They didn’t attempt to meet me half way what so ever, instead it was a shrug and “there’s nothing we can do”. Do not, and I repeat do not bank with this institution. All Atlantic union cares about is Atlantic union. If I could leave zero stars I would.
