We were having a lot of trouble with various of other locations, but here with Mindy at the White Oak Store was able to help us and even sat with us when we had to call corporate which is always great because trying to handle some of these things alone is extremely stressful and frustrating. Switched my service from Verizon to AT&T at a BJ's Warehouse. The representative gave me incorrect information. Finally went to AT&T store spoke with True and he was able to correct my account and saved me money. He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with at a phone store. He is a asset to the AT&T Company. Thank you True for all your support and help today.

I had issues with my phone so I came into the 4501 laburnum location and Jamie was super helpful, greeting me at the door. I had an issue with 2 phones that I been having problems with all weeks she took care of the issue then I switched to att she solved my weeks worth of problems in 20 min. 5 stars

When I went to the store it was all about being there to support my son getting a new phone. I saw how the Manager Mindy and Jamie took their time to walk him through the process. Just by them helping him it made me feel that I needed a new iPhone so I switched to AT&T with no problems at all and I wasn’t in there for a long time even if they were the best.
