If I could give it a negative I would. Rep in store has no idea about devices, had to show them the colors that were available and then was told they didn't have in stock although it was indicated on web it was. Very poor customer service

Was talked into trading in a phone for an upgrade and the associate provided drastically different numbers than what I actually received and now I am stuck paying the almost $500 difference in the phones. I was specifically told in store that the promotional value of the trade in would be within $100 of the price of the new phone. Flat out lie. Very dishonest sales practices here.

We tried 3 other times to set up my new phone & nobody was able to help us. We went into the store in Shortpump & were greeted as soon as we opened the door by Cristy Porter. She had THE most upbeat & bubbly personality, which you hardly ever see anymore in retail. She was able to set up my new phone and got all of MY pics, videos & voicemails that mean the world to me, transferred over. More stores should have employees that take as much pride in their jobs, as much as Ms. Porter does. I can’t thank her ENOUGH for getting it done for me!!!

My experience at the Short Pump store in Virginia was awesome. Jay was extremely helpful in helping me resolve issues with all 3 iPhones our family recently obtained. Jay was extremely knowledgeable & professional. She is a great asset to AT&T

Had been trying for weeks to get my phone unlocked without success and A LOT of wasted time and run around until Roxanne went above and beyond to help figure out and resolve the issue. She listened and treated me with kindness and respect in spite my transferring services to another provider. If all AT&T services operated at that same standard, I would not be changing providers —Thanks to Roxanne, I have renewed faith in AT&T and may even consider the services again in the future.

On 10/19 Jay attempted to assist me with my glitching Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ without initial success. Later that evening call and text function was restored. I returned on 10/29 to the store and Jay assisted me again. We discussed the the differences between my current phone and the Samsung S22 Ultra. Jay was PROFOUNDLY HELPFUL in answering all my questions and demonstrated EXCELLENT product knowledge. I left the store a happy and extremely satisfied customer. She is a dynamic asset to your sales team!

I have always gone to this location to get my phones and this time I was very disappointed with the service I received. When I arrived, there were 4 employees working and not one customer was in the store. I went to return my old phone. He helped me with that. I asked him if I switched everything over to my new phone properly and I was told thats up to you to check. I briefly checked my photos and then he handed me my phone to complete the wipe. Once it was done I went to my car to try to connect my new phone to Bluetooth. It did not work, so I went back in and asked if he could come outside for a second and help me. He told me they don’t do that and to read my owners manual. There was still not one customer in the store and I was parked right in front of the store! Horrible customer service! He did the bare minimum that he was required to do and nothing more! As I sat in my car, I watched him comment and snicker to his colleague that sat next to him. I will not be returning to this store!

I’ve been to this location several times and always receive AMAZING costumer service. The sales associate Crissy was kind and helped me out over the weekend when I lost my phone and needed a replacement for an upcoming trip. I got there 30min before opening on Saturday hoping to get the same phone replaced on the same day before traveling but wasn’t posible. She went out of her way to help me out and gave me a $30 phone to use while waiting for my iPhone replacement to arrive, this lady is amazing and goes above and beyond for her costumers. Also the Sale associate Roxanne is the sales person that has always helped me out in the past, she is very knowledgeable and sold me every single device I own! She is extremely kind and sweet and treats me absolutely amazing every time I come in. thank you!!

I just wanted to reach out and say I got me and my husband a new phone and we came from tmobile and crissy took her time helping us and made sure we were happy if you need a new phone or anything she is the one to go to and she got everything taken care of for us. I recommended this store completely for all of your needs.

My sales person left to go on her lunch break mid purchase of my new phone- it was so unprofessional and truly shocking. She never even looked at me to say she was leaving or any appreciation for coming in. She just looked at her co worker and said “will you finish this up I’m going on my lunch break.” I work in customer service and would never do this with a client. It was completely unprofessional-she also checked her instagram throughout the purchase and showed her colleague reels that she would comment on, really unprofessional.
