I’m leaving a star because I have to actually wouldn’t even give this store that!! I ordered SAME DAY pick up.- I waited hours for a confirmation email to go pick up and I never received it. So I called the store a lady answered and I explained it’s about an hour before they closed and I ordered a pick up and had not heard back yet. She responded. “soooo what you tryna do?” Duuuhhhh I’m trying to pick up my new battery!! She told me to get there before 8- so frustrated I just said I’ll go in the morning. Next day I go to pick up my battery. I was given my battery- I asked was there someone there who could switch it out for me. I thought I read somewhere that this service comes with the purchase of a new battery. She says nope no one’s there to do it- she doesn’t like messing with batteries. I saw a couple other workers in the store I guess no one knew how to change a battery. I went to YouTube to see what I can do. (I know NOTHING ABOUT CARS) I came back in the store asked for the tools needed she just pointed at the basket. Tools are over there … like damn. I didn’t even know what I was looking at. So I left with a battery. I’m still riding around with the new battery in my trunk . This is sad! The worst experience I have ever had and I will NEVER purchase from auto one again. Sadly I’ll have to let my friends and family know of my experience and warn and mind them not to shop there! I feel totally let down as a loyal customer.////// update: the store manager called me to make it right and he really went above and beyond to do so!! I am extremely pleased and im no longer riding around with a brand new battery! Thanks Alanza truly stepped up and provided me with excellent service!! You have no idea how much you have helped me, this was an unexpected service that I needed at the wrong time. I will be back.

Very nice personnel and very helpful. Went for a battery check and got a new one. They checked my alternator as well.

Possibly the laziest and most unproffesional employees I ever came across on any Autozone. They look like they don't want to be there. The guy was rude and seem upset that I ask where a product was. The cashier was watching a reality show on her phone and all you hear in the store is ghetto people cursing and arguing.Shame on you Autozone. shopped there on 10/18/2023 around noon. This is a very toxic eviroment, Not returning!

Legit the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Autozone. The guy “helping” did everything possible to avoid helping us buy and install a new battery. He acted like we were inconveniencing him by asking if he could check our current battery with the tester to make sure it was actually dead but he couldn’t get the device to work and just turned around to walk inside without saying anything, and then walked away from us towards the back. Then he told us that the only battery that they had that would fit in our car was a super expensive one, but we didn’t really have a choice because we had to jump it to get it there in the first place.Once we bought it he charged us the core fee for not giving them the old battery, which we did, and I had to get the other person (who was actually nice) to refund us for it.But before that once we were rung up the guy just left us standing there and I asked if he could help put it in for us. He didn’t say anything to us and we just stood there while he turned to his coworker and asked him if he would do it, which he then did. So the rude guy walks out with us, and the other guy, and gets into his truck and sits there for like 5 minutes seemingly taking his break even though it took the better part of 1 minute to swap out the battery.Once I looked at the receipt I saw that he put in a different make and year of car (a 2005 Acura. Aka probably the first selection on the drop down list on his computer) so he didn’t even put the right car in to see compatible batteries.If we could have started our car we would have gone across the street to Advance but since we were all but stranded we had to go with the $250 battery for a car that wasn’t even ours.

We ordered a part and was told and confirmed that part would be in the next morning. Now they are saying the next day or later. They are so nonchalant about everything.

Just left this AutoZone after purchasing a rear wiper blade for my Equinox. Jean, the associate, was awesome! Not only did he ensure I was purchasing the correct product, he offered to install the wiper blade for me. 5 star customer service! Thanks Jean!!

I spend over 1k a week through Commerical and I’m telling you this is the worst Autozone by far in the VA area. I’m a big advocate for their quality and pricing, but the employees here have you wanting to pay more somewhere else. It beats coming 5 times, and not having your stuff returned when they give you the wrong thing.

Today I went to store 4728 looking for something I really been wanting so I got there start looking But they didn't have it so I went to the counter and ask the store manger she was so very very helpful to me she went all out her way to try to fine it at other stores this store will be the one I will go it great Manager

This morning was a very crazy morning but Miss.Katt and Trevor made it much better needed a battery asap and they helped me all of the way. I will come here anytime for parts and service.

Made it to this location on 5/8/2022 before store hours was closed as soon as I got out my car they turned off all the lights with 15 minutes until closed. The workers are lazy and inconsiderate for doing that I will never support this store ever again.

Awesome Customer Service!!!I went in on Saturday 12/11/21 to get help with my passenger side windows and Kat came outside to my car to help me. WOW... she was wonderful ? Kat took time with me and helped me resolve my issue.This Auto Zone is now my go too for my automotive needs. Kat you Rock don't go anywhere and thank You so much for taking care of me ?This Auto Zone is highly recommended for Awesome Customer Service!
