Hi everyone, I have never commented but now I did buy two pieces to remove some screws and I did not use them and I returned them and they did not want me to return them, they told me that it is not possible, I think that somewhere else I would do it but two guys do not do it, I am annoying 😡

On Sunday, March 17, 2024 I called your AutoZone facility located on Mechanicsville Turnpike and spoke with a very helpful and pleasant gentleman and when I arrived at your store and called in for assistance again the person that answered stated he was with a customer and will be out to assist me again very pleasant. I'm so glad to know that at your store I can truly say customer service is very important to your employees and they are knowledgeable about what the customer requires or need. Valuable employees to have working for AutoZone. I will return and know that I can get the best care.

Had a problem with my car and couldn't figure it out. Very kind and professional manager helped me as much as he could and also helped me find the parts I needed on the computer they didn't sell there

Props to my main man Gavin! He helped me find a very particular part for my car that no other place could seem to find. I thought I was just S.O.L. but Gavin pulled through and found they had it in store. This really helped me out of a bind! Promote this man!
