The manager at the store is on an egotistical power trip. I tried to return an item at this store that was never installed and in the same condition and packaging that it came in, with a receipt(the back of the receipt states this is a returnable item). The packaging was a little damage but was indeed the same packaging it came in. The manager told me no that he couldn’t refund it because it wasn’t in the same condition that I bought it. I took it to another store and they refunded no problem. This manager is the reason I try not to use this store. He has some good employees but needs a lesson on how to deal with customers. I have never had as many problems out of anybody there but him. He made sure to let me know that he was the store manager, to make it seem that he was right but was completely wrong in how he handled it. After I snatched the receipt he acted like he would’ve helped if i wouldn’t have snatched the receipt but he had already told me multiple times he wouldn’t refund it. This guy is a clown and needs to learn his job

I usually get good services but on this particularly day services wasn't the best. The manager voided my warranty by selling me a different set of brakes than the one in their record for the past 13 years for the same vehicle.

Seles associates told me one one stole the diagnostic equipment from store and without that how the company do there inspections for store need items plus only one equipment for store ???

Tied between here and O Reily for my favorite on this side of town, but I think the staff inches out a win at Auto Zone. You been to an auto zone, you know what to expect. I will say you can live and die by the staff. This one well staffed.
