Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience!! Worst customer service
I had a terrible experience with your rental location. They often claim that no cars are available and try to upsell or upgrade after making customers wait and waste their time. I drove all the way there, only to be told different things by the front desk staff it happened for me multiple times. Initially, I was offered a free upgrade, but later the same person denied saying that, which was very frustrating and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I received a car with fuel already 2 points below full. I returned it with a full tank, but when I raised this issue, I was told, “We always give it on full.” Despite showing proof, the representative argued instead of resolving the matter respectfully. I chose not to escalate further at that moment and walked out.
Later, I visited the Avis location at the airport, and the staff there were incredibly professional and helpful. They reviewed the pictures I had as proof and resolved the issue without any hassle. I highly recommend choosing the airport Avis location instead if you can, as they handle concerns more respectfully and efficiently.

Pathetic place. They will accept your reservation and once you get there say that they don’t have a vehicle and sell you a higer cost one

Do not come to this place unless you want your time wasted, unhelpful staff, rude lady, made a reservation and they did not have the car, couldn’t help me to setup my profile, never using avis again

To Anyone Towed from this Location on April 26th 2025
You are being told by Paulette, the manager, that this is the property manager’s fault. They are lying to you! They are trying to cover for their own incompetence! First, the property manager went to all 18 tenants of the property on April 15th with a letter notifying them of the upcoming large scale asphalt project that was to be done on April 21st, April 26th, and April 27th. That notice was handed to Paulette. Second, the property manager reached out to all tenants via email on April 16th with another notice and a color-coded map of when and where the asphalt project was going to take place. On the notice it says that vehicles will need to be moved on the dates work was to be done or they will be towed. The property manager said that out of all 18 tenants on the property that Avis / Budget Rental was the only lot where they had to tow cars. I reserved my vehicle on April 21st. Upon leaving Paulette asked me if I parked in the back parking lot clearly labeled as an Avis parking area. I said “Yes” and Paulette said “Ok”. No warning of the potential towing on the 26th. Just “Ok”. I was shocked to find out my car was towed when I arrived back to the dealership on May 2nd and I have been getting the runaround ever since. I asked Paulette why they didn’t let customers know about the possible towing. Just send out a blanket email to all of the customers who had reservations during that time. Her response…. “That would have been a lot for me.” ZERO regards for what happened to their customers! ZERO! To top it all, I called Avis customer support and they agreed with me that the branch is liable to cover the towing expense because they did not let us know! I know that there are around 10 people that were towed the same day as me. I have been using this dealership for years and because of my line of work have spent thousands of dollars here. Avis customers deserve better than this!

The staff NEVER answer the phone at this location.
Management is basically nonexistent.
Don’t waste your money or time with this location.

Probably the worst rental car employee I have ever dealt with! Insanely combative for absolutely no reason. I would just try any other rental car shopfront but this one! Wanted to give it 0 stars.
* Update: Even in the response to this review, the owner is still combative. I wasted too much time and effort on this place, when I literally drove 10 minutes down the road to another Avis desk and they were much more helpful. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING, IF POSSIBLE.

JANAE IS THE BOMB !!!!! She was so sweet and so good . Iv been having troubles at other rental companies but not this one she had us in and out the door in less then 10 mins I would recommend them for any of your rental needs so sweet and kind I really appreciate them , thanks Avis especially Janae

Worst rental place. I canceled my rental with in one day and I still have yet to receive my refund which has taken multiple weeks. I disputed the charge and Avis is fighting my dispute when i cancelled the reservation way in advance. Shady corporation and business. I called Avis about the reservation and they are telling me they do not see a charge from card which is total lie. Stay away from this rental place
