Azalea Aquariums is a great store with a good selection of fish, including the usual suspects and some really exotic breeds, both fresh and saltwater. The store has been in existence since the 1970s. It is located a little bit out of the way in an old building and the interior isn't much to look at, being pretty dark and dirty. However, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and super nice. They answer all questions, provide helpful explanations and recommendations, and are up-front about which fish will work well together. They take good care of their fish. The store offers some of the most fair fish prices at a good price, which seems reasonable, though it is more than some chain stores. Some customers wish the bettas were kept in larger containers instead of tiny cups. Overall, it is a highly recommended place and worth the effort to visit.
