My friend & I had a fantastic experience in Banana Republic in Short Pump. The store clerks were sooo nice to us! They informed us of sales & chatted with us for a little before we started looking around. We didn't end up buying anything that day but I had better service here than I have at some luxury retailers! I will be back! I'm not sure of the clerks names but they were both wonderful black women & really made a lasting impression on us. :)!

I owe my sincere thanks to Louise and Bridgett who saved the day for me and my fiancé’s wedding. They were both super nice and helpful to our critical situation. We couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you both so much! Forever a customer due to the lovely experience we had!

I have purchased many items on line from BR and yesterday found two of the buttons broken. I called customer service and they recommended I reach out to the store where they can help me.. just called the store and they Stated they cannot help me and when ask for any suggestions they said they can't help. Be aware if you buy something from them you may need to get it fixed elsewhere.. not what I was hoping to hear.

I was so impressed by the staff here–friendly and helpful without breathing down my neck. The store was clean and had a really nice vibe. An overall great experience. Also stoked to see Banana Republic making great quality clothes.

they are not used to having foreigners who can afford buying here.I bought 3 shirts and ordered one online in store yesterday. I liked the shirts so came back today to buy the same shirts all the other colors they come in. since they didn’t have it in store, they suggested we order all online just like they did yesterday. the machine didn’t work they blame it on my card so i gave 3other credit cards- none worked. then I was told it didn’t work because one of the shirts someone ordered at the same time and it’s out of stock. Ok! how about the other shirts? no answers were given. they kept trying all my cards and instead of trying to fix it internally with their machines. they wasted my time and in the end the store manager still blamed it on my bank. I logged to my banking and all my cards worked, I did grocery shopping after I left the store and my card worked PERFECTLY. I was excited to buy more shirts in store or online and I end up waking away with nothing and their judgmental looks that I should contact my bank and don’t have enough to buy the shirts. If the machine don’t work or they don’t know how to use them it would have been better to apologize and recognize the problem instead of giving me the look of “ we are not sure you can afford us, go talk to your bank”this store has a small collection of clothing and for making purchases online at store they have machines that one day work and the next day does not work or people aren’t trained to used these machine. Whatever the reason is.Next time, I am going to the branch on my way to DC, that’s the one I usually go to , they have a bigger collection so rarely I needed to order things online and they are certainly used to diversify.

I made a purchase online at BR Factory and when I received minutes later the confirmation in the email one of the items had the wrong color. I immediately called customer service to see if they could correct their mistake and change it to the color I originally requested only to find out that they cannot do it. Something so simple and they CANT do it. Forget about finding a chat or email to contact BR...nowhere to be found in their website. LAST TIME I order online from BR. #fail

Louise, a medium guy with curly hair pushed me to make my final selections 3 times within a 5 minute frame. I had clothes in hand. Would the corporation rather I had left or purchased clothes? Disappointed.

Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure the chinos I purchased from their curbside service were free of defects. My previous online order had a poorly sewn pair. I’m so impressed with the care and service she gave me! She’s amazing, and I can’t wait for the store to reopen!!
