Run from bank of america in general these mfs find a way to steal from you even when there is no way. Atm deposit acts up none they can do. Dispute with a business even with proof they refuse to do anything. Secured card close the account they steal 90% of it on the return of it. I guess this is why they have been in the news lately stealing money from its customers etc etc

1st off the web site for this location says this location is open to 2:00 pm on Saturdays. I arrive at 12:30 to open the a new account. I have a check for over 20K to start an account with. I ask p e of the people in a glass office if they assist me with a opening a new account. The person just says no and just stares at me. I say why, he says we are booked up. Does not offer to book a time, explain why, take my name or anything.I do not need this l**** to do anything for me so I walk. I went to their competitors next door who was a 180 the opposite way. Taked nice, gave me an answer and scheduled me for an appointment. After reading these other reviews you can bet I will not deal with Bank America solely because of this ignorant worker who could care less about me or my needs. I used to work at BA corporate and I am sure they would be appalled by the actions of this site.

This branch is one of the worst branches I have ever seen. Also, hiring someone who is racist or who treats people based on their ethnicity won’t help at all. Both Nathan and his manager has forgetting that they work for the customers and it’s not the other way around. This is the 3rd time I visited this branch and every time I went there I felt very uncomfortable. Nathan is very unprofessional and the way he treats people is terrible. The last time he asked me for ID and bank card then after he finished with them he throw them on the desk in a very disrespectful way. The time before that, we went to get a references letter proving that we have a bank account there. Both of the employees ( Nathan and his manager ) denied signing it and they said that they don’t have to do that or they had never done this before which shows how they don’t have the minimum knowledge required for their titles as a bankers. I'm have been with Bank of America for 10 years and recently just opened a business account, after this experience I'm in the process of closing both of my accounts and move them somewhere else.

I have my business checking here and my customer came to cash a check. The manager Ronnie Creasy that works behind the counter has a bad attitude and he raised his voice with me. Showing off in front of his co-workers Playing the big boss role being inflexible and acting more important than he really is, in the grand scheme of things he has poor customer service, he has poor communication skills, and he is a poor representative of the bank. Unfortunately my company checking account is not easy to transfer to another bank. Because of the volume of transactions in and out. But I've been thinking about moving my account to Towne Bank even though it will take a year to move my account I think I'm going to start. I'm going to file a complaint on this guy. not so much for being unwilling to help me. But for yelling at me me and being overly aggressive to a customer who has done a business there for many years. Lets face the facts. Bank of America makes more money on me than I make doing business with them. I see why this branch has a 2 star review. They are nasty people to deal with. They treated my customer poorly and yelled at me on the phone. Good luck in life Ronnie you need to take a communications course.

Worst customer service ever. Unprofessional slovenly manager and notary. Made an appointment for 1 PM online for a notary. I arrived at 1 PM and waited for 20 minutes before someone came out and asked me what I needed. That person told me the notary will be back from lunch at 1:30 PM. He came back in and must’ve had some errands because he left immediately after that. On his next trip in he walked by went to the office. He came back out and asked me what I needed and I told him I needed a document notarized. He told me to wait he’ll be back in a minute. At 1:40 he returned and said please step into the office. I told him so much for having a 1 o’clock appointment. He told me there were no 1 o’clock appointments. I told him I had a email confirmation that I had a 1 o’clock appointment at this location. He argued with me and told me there were no appointments. I had accidentally signed my name on the document before I arrived. He told me he would not notarize the document because he did not witness the signature. He told me he didn’t like my attitude and to leave his office immediately. I accidentally did this one time before it the notary just asked me to sign it again and they notarize the document. When I left I asked to speak to the manager. He was as rude as the person that helped me. He told me that I had no appointment. I showed him my email confirmation he says sorry no appointment here. Employees used to be helpful courteous at this location. Bank of america is not what he used to be. So much for being a preferred customer. I probably should move my money into another bank.

Manager Whitney told LIES!Says she will follow up next day. Next day issue was not resolved, no follow up. On day three I made contact and was given a litany of excuses and told I could pursue the fix myself, after WHITNEY promised a resolution. I am now out money and have to wait for an additional 5-10 to get my money.Do not patronize.

This is the second time I've been to this branch and it is the absolute worst. The first time they were closed. It wasn't a holiday it was a weekday there was no sign on the door. Then today trying to get money out of my account and the lady sends the code to my phone all for me to recite the code back and the code failed. How you send me a code and I recite it back to you and show you and the code fail??? Then she started twitching and getting upset with me. Beloved it's ok. The Bank of America downtown is so much better. Much more friendlier

Went to the Laburnum Ave branch to cash one of their checks. The first teller advised that they would charge 8.00 despite it being their check. She then asked for a second idea which I had to go to the car to obtain. Get back in line and get to another teller who then questions the signatures already confirmed. I then stated if I wait 5 minutes will their be another caveat. The assistant manager, Ronny Creasy, then said he could "fix the whole issue" for me. In an extremely nasty tone. He initially refused to give me his name when I inquired. When I persisted he would only provide me with his card. His customer service was non existent.

My Husband was racially profiled when attempting to deposit money at this location! Unfortunately WHITNEY GALLOWAY the financial center manager was sent to help him and she was extremely unhelpful and made condescending comments. He was not treated like the preferred member that he is and sadly we believe it has something to do with the color of his skin. This manager was extremely rude and didn’t allow my husband to proceed with his transaction. My husband walked into another Bank of America directly after and his money was deposited immediately with no problem. Shame on this location for allowing Whitney to handle any bank transaction and enforces any no existing protocols.

WILL NO LONGER GO TO THIS BANK. I’m willing to travel farther away just to get decent experience. This bank is rude and not inviting. I even overheard a teller being rude to old man next to me. The manager had slippers on while working. The teller got smart with me and didn’t even smile or spoke when I approached the counter. DON’T GO HERE!

Worst B of A. They NEVER have enough staff, and plan to wait 1 hour to speak to someone. The ATM drive thru is always packed, causing traffic issues. This B of A needs to take some tips from the surrounding banks to gain a better plan on serving customers.

I don't care for thus bank at all. I'm on an account with my 83 year old Mother yo ensure things go well. Recently I moved and change my address. I received my Moms bank statement.(I've never received it before). I went to the bank to inquire about why I had received it. Only 1 cashier and 1 in training. 2 workers in cubicle. I approached one for service she advised me she had an appointment coming in and she couldn't assist me. I then approached the 1 cashier and told her what I wanted. She left her station to assist me. She found another cashier in another part of the bank as she informed her there was a customer who needed service. Finally I got to speak with her about the situation. She informed me that my Mother and I both would receive a bank statement. I was so frustrated with the service that I received and even more when I told my Mother what was told to me by the bank employee. My Mother to this day still hasn't received her statements as indicated by the bank. This was a simple matter that should have been handled with them taking the time to check our account records. I've been trying to get my Mother to change banks but she is dedicated to BOA I don't understand why.
