I know it’s getting near closing. But to have six people in the store working and one register open with nine people in line makes entirely no sense whatsoever. It was obvious that customer service is not their priority.

Bath & Body Works always gets me right! I recently picked up the cocoa body butter and I am obsessed! It smells amazing, feels incredibly rich and moisturizing, and leaves my skin so soft. Every time I use it, I feel like I’m pampering myself. The store staff was super helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience even better. I’ll be going back for more.

The BEST bath and body works in the Richmond area- maybe even state! They are so helpful even when they are so busy. They also help you look up your rewards in the system. Overall very pleasant and helpful, great experience. They helped find testers of everything and even when something was out of stock they would look in the back. I was struggling with using my visa gift card & they were so helpful and determined to help me use it. We were successful! Such a fun great experience. Other bath and body works in town don't even compare - it's like night and day.

The cashier #3979702 on 10/4/2024 was not fully trained to handle my transaction with a gift and debit card. She did not know how to change screen s after the gift card was used. The balance was placed on debit card, but she didn’t know how to get to the next tender screen. Instead she blamed it on us not having enough on debit card (really not true). People were mad behind us because the line was held up. Another Cashier stared at me and my daughter our transactions were complete as though she had to intervene. It wasn’t us, it was the cashier didn’t know her job.
#2 We weren’t greeted at the door like everyone else and given a bag like other families to shop. We felt out of place and not worthy to shop at Bath and Body Works. Oops! I forgot, I have a black job.

usually enjoy shopping in bath and body works however at this location was greeted by incredibly rude workers. specifically a the girl with short red curly hair who conveniently was not wearing a name tag. while i was looking at one of the items her and her coworker come over and can’t even bother to say excuse me and pull the drawer out to where i had to move. she then made rude remarks as i tried to look at the item.

Had a great experience there today with one of the employees. Sadly i did not catch her name but I expressed to her how much my fiancé loved this almond croissant candle and she gave me the last one she was saving for herself. That was absolutely kind of her and she definitely did not need to do that. Overall, my experiences there are always nice.
