One teller Drive through. Lobby is closed. Seems to be only one person in the bank. After 30 min in line had to go to third lane still in lane. Need certified check. Line up is backing up on Ruthers road.

Don't come here expecting anything close to quick service. 15 minute wait at the drive-thru. Gave up, and went inside. 11 customers in front of me, and only 1 teller helping them. If manpower is this awful, please do all of us a favor by closing this branch.

worst bank and banking company. Super excited to switch all my money to literally anyone else. Super slow, super understaffed, Truist itself keeps blocking my purchases for "safety reasons". I hate this bank.

The only people that work in that store are the tellers at the desk. The manager Angie bazarza Is a terrible manager has no idea what's going on with her store. I do appreciate Jazmyn the teller.

Definitely need more help or employees at this branch. Long lines. Everybody was polite. But way to long of a wait.multiple times . Also the manger could have assisted instead they were sitting at the desk . Drive thru is very tight for suv .

NEVER have you experienced a bank branch as bad as this one!!! I can't believe they stay in business. No matter how often they change personnel, it NEVER improves. For some reason, they do not change the worst performers.

Wow. You have to be wealthy to have a checking account at this bank without paying a $25 monthly fee. If I had $25,000 in discretionary funds, it wouldn't be sitting in a bank. Duh; missing SunTrust every day.

Absolutely the worst branch I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Insanely long wait times to talk with the teller or get into my safety deposit box. Never go here. Not worth it.
