I ever seen such unprofessional staff and wrest bank I will definitely close my account with Truist ,A month in advance I called them and I told them I need new bills for my coming trip out of the country , and I checked with them every week going to their branch asking about my money but they make non sense excuse, I went again on week 4 which promised me we will have your money come and pick it when I went again the same scenario. on top of that the cheap staff behave was not acceptable for me and went in side and toke my all money out closed my account.

I urgently needed a personal loan for a new car and approached this bank a week ago. The relationship banker at the Parham Truist branch has not returned my calls or emails. I decided to go with a credit union and was approved within a day at a very good rate. Truist bank has proven to be unreliable since the Suntrust/BB&T merger.

BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE BANK PRACTICES! Their website is designed to hide scheduled payments for auto loans. If you're unsure of whether or not you've scheduled one, it will appear you haven't. So you schedule a second. Then if you can't afford to make 2 payments in one week - they charge you $25 for insufficient funds. Customer service is aware of this, but has no authority to waive this fee. Nor do their managers, or anyone in the branches. Even if you submit a complaint to the CFPB - their "Client Advocates" are authorized to close your case without taking ANY recourse. This is a deceptive bank, that preys on it's own customers, and is held accountable by no one. DO NOT BANK HERE.

I’ve been a BB&T customer for over 10 years and even worked for the company. Several times I have reached out to the employees of this branch for help and they have been extremely rude. I would not send anyone to this location. It is worth the drive to go to the branch on skipwith.

Very nice people. I scheduled an appointment for 11 o'clock on a Saturday and some people were hogging up all of the branch manager's time. I had to sit and wait for an hour and a quarter, not the bank's fault, and I was none too pleased but the gentleman I dealt with calmed things down and they kept the branch open a bit late to get the account opened that I needed to open for my new business. This is a very good branch and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I set up appointment online, outlining exactly what I needed. (Notary) I have been a member for Years. I Called to confirm my intentions drove to the bank, arrived and quickly they turned me away. My husband and I both drove separately 40 mi one way to do this and they didn’t have the courtesy to just tell me on the phone that they wouldn’t notarize a power of attorney. However, all was not wasted we happen to be Wells Fargo customers and as of today will be conducting the rest of my business there.
