This is the WORST bank AND branch to go to. I would suggest Wells Fargo before banking with Truist. Somehow every. single. day my account is flagged as fraud for no reason. I can't even do what I need to do with MY OWN money because the transactions look "suspicious" I went to go get my nails done and my card kept declining when I went to pay but luckily I had cash. If I didn't I don't know what I would've done. These bankers and tellers in here are JOKES. They sit here and try to play in your face like it's a game and it's not. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

This branch is a joke. 5 windows only ever 1 teller who is always more focused on socializing with co workers than doing thier job. And will never allow me to get a cashiers check at the window becaus "it takes too long" when it would infact be 5x faster than Waiting for the 1 teller inside to help everyone in line while gossiping between customers. It's crazy these institutions make billions off of our money but can't even have an adequate staff.

This review is more about Truist than this particular branch, although with the exception of Desiree, there's not much good to say about the branch either. Truist is not my happy place. We just deposited a large sum of money (certified cashiers check) from a credit union. I knew there would be the standard hold on the money due to the amount, but here's what doesn't make sense. They gave us less than 4% on the day of deposit. Two days later, they released around 89%. And the remaining 7%?? We have to wait another WEEK for that to be released. And that, as told to me by a bank representative, is for OUR protection against fraud! Whatever. If the check/credit union has been deemed "safe" enough to release over 93% of the funds, how is withholding the remaining 7% going to protect anyone? It's not. I understand putting a hold on the check, but it is unreasonable for them to hold our money from us for over a week. As far as the branch is concerned, when I walked in to deposit this check, there was one lady in line in front of me and NO ONE up front. NOT A SINGLE person in sight. We stood there and waited about five minutes for someone to appear. When I called today about this situation and asked for Desiree, the lady who answered the phone was sure she could help me. I decided to give it a try and when I started to give her my information, she promptly advised me that she would have to put me on hold because there was a client standing in front of her. If she was with a client, why did she answer the phone? I have never found this bank to be pleasant (except my one transaction with Desiree). They don't return phone calls and they are just not helpful. We also have an account at another bank, and I have been considering making the change to Truist. This incident sealed the deal for me. Truist just lost out on additional business, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely awful experience. I walked in and there’s 10 workers and 3 customers. 8 of those employees are sitting in their office not helping anyone. Ended up being at the bank for almost 2 hours for a simple wire transfer. And that was after the “banker” sent the WRONG amount.

ATM is garbage and 1 teller for long line. Shouldn't be this hard to withdraw $100. Considering switching banks.

The ONLY reason I'm giving 5 stars is because after working with 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE and having zero results I had the PLEASURE of working with Desiree Phillips she helped me and was able to resolve my issue after dealing with it for 2 months. She was so patient and kind. She spent over an hour on the phone with so many different people and not once did she show disrespect or annoyance. Thank you Desiree!!

I went to the branch today to send a wire transfer. Problem number 1, only ONE platform employee (BANKER) has credentials to send a wire transfer. Ridiculous! Today, the representative was at lunch when I arrived. I was told she would return in about 30 minutes. I waited and waited. Finally, she returned from lunch and went into the back section of the branch. She did not come back. The only other platform person went back there but came back with no report. In total, I waited in the lobby for 72 minutes. What is a truist customer supposed to do if they urgently need a wire transfer - like TODAY? Next time, I'm going to move my money to Atlantic Union and get them to send the wire. So frustrated! I've banked with UVB, Crestar, SunTrust and Truist for almost 40 years

The Merge Between BB&T and SunTrust has made this location packed. Any day of the week at any time expect to wait 1hr minimum.

Another fun time of waiting for ever in the drive through. Doesn't matter if I come during lunch, after work or on a day off it is never fast. You might think, "oh, there is only one car in drive through! It'll be fast!" Well, if you think that, you will be wrong. It is never fast. Even before covid it was slow. Maybe with Truist taking over it'll improve.
