This place is fantastic! I was a little skeptical at first because all other nail places I have been too they have charged me an arm and a leg to get a full set done. Well I was very surprised and pleased with the work the man did on my nails. And the price was reasonable as hell too! I got the mood changing polish and it’s so gorgeous! I found my new home to to get my nails done!

To say the least, my gel nails lasted for 2 days. The woman doing my actual pedicure shaped my toe nails slanted, cut my cuticle which caused me to bleed, used the hot stones on only one leg, & asked me for a tip at the end of the service! She was completely unprofessional and she rushed through the service!! A complete waste of time & money. Never again!

Very friendly and fast. Hien did a great job on my toes. She was so sweet. Actually every one were nice. Offered water while you waited. Have a great selection of products, from lacquer to get to the new powder gels. I really like by new toes!

I had gel nail polish that was practically mostly gone off of all my nails. About three of my nails had no polish. I came in to get the remaining gel polish off and a simple manicure, no polish. They charged me $28 bucks! I think that is outrageous! The fact that I also did not see any price list located anywhere in there makes me think they just come up with a price at the top of their head! Also, the lady that did my manicure, she didn't even clean under most of my nails, they get in such a normal Rhythm from doing it day in and day out, they don't realize they are doing it out of just motion. I watched her the whole time and she was trying to clean under my nails but didn't put the tool under to clean it! My rant is over but I won't be coming back here, I'll be doing my own nails from now on. Press on nails here we come!Service: Manicure

If I could give 0 stars I would. The website clearly says they close at 7 on saturdays. As soon as I walked in I didn’t get a friendly welcome or anything. They just hollered out WE CLOSED !!!! And continued doing what they were doing. Very rude and disrespectful if you ask me. Update your hours !!!! Don’t advertise 7 if you close at 6 !!!

I've gone to a lot of horrible places in Richmond for nails.... so I'm still looking around for the right place to call my go to place.
