What a great shop! I called in 8lbs of fresh rope sausage the day before I needed it. They offered to call me when it was ready for pickup which they did 3 hours early!! The salt and pepper sausage had great flavor, moist, well mixed, didn't burst. Great place! Great food! Great service! Thank you.
