I came in for an electric bike repair, which other shops had refused, but they handled it with ease for only $25. During my visit, I noticed they stock and take orders for various vendors/type/components, including GIANT. If I plan to make a purchase, I’ll definitely buy from here.

“Found myself burned by a used bike purchase when it turned out the frame was bent. ReCycles was able to salvage nearly every part of the bike and put it on a used frame. In the end I got basically a fully custom bike for an extremely reasonable price. Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. Greatly appreciate it!”
“My 4 year old started on a pello balance bike at 1.5 (which has now been passed down to her little sister) and has since moved up to a romper. It’s been such a wonderful and confidence building experience for her. One day a month or so ago she asked to ride her pedal bike with her pedals on and it took her 2 tries to get it on her own. This is due in part to her focus, but also to bike itself. It’s comfortable, lightweight but substantial and designed for her little frame.
We haven’t had to be in touch with customer service much but when we wanted to change the color on a pre-order they were so kind and accommodating.
It works well on and off road - we’ve taken her to bike down some gravel paths and she has handled it like a pro.
She loves the independence and freedom she steals from being able to bike faster than we can walk and is well on her way to building a lifelong love for it.

“I needed a flat tire repair and the staff was so nice and helpful, even though it was busy in the shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and got me back on my bike in minutes!”
“Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Itook my E-Bike in on a Friday at lunchtime. They helped me get my bike off of the car rack. Gave me the estimate and said that it would be repaired in by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. They called just before lunch on Monday (today) stating the repairs were completed. When I arrived the cost was exactly as quoted and they offered to help me get my bike back on the car rack. Even though I declined the additional help, the young man with the itty bitty pony tail even held the door so that I could exit the store easily.
I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!
Happy customer...will return for future biking needs.”

Paul, the owner/designer, is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We take our bikes in for annual tunings to keep them in tiptop shape, which are provided free of additional charge. Really can't recommend this business or these bikes enough!”
