I took my car to Ford in October and had a couple things done and also explained that I’m having air leaking on my front driver side tire, I explained to them that these are brand new tires as of last year and I also know it’s not a valve stem problem and specifically said that I believe it’s build up on the rim interfering with the seal between the tire and the rim after a 6 1/2 hour wait he tells me they took all 4 tires off and cleaned them out and found no leaks..ummm I told you it’s not the tires, it’s the rim(note to everyone.. don’t go to Ford dealership) Fast forward to February me and my husband end up chatting with this young lady and we were talking cars and I mentioned trying to find someone that can help me with my tire, I know the problem but can’t find anyone that can help me and she mentions her brother Zach and he works at Bill Crumpton Auto so I call and made an appointment and I meet Zach and explain the issue and he was happy to help and actually listened to what I said, an hour and a half later he fixed the problem, sure enough it was build up on my rim, fast forward 6 weeks and my tire is still holding air perfectly. Thank you Zach, thank you for listening to me and not thinking I don’t know what I’m talking about because I’m a girl.

Got a State inspection in December, was told everything was fine. Three weeks later my rear passenger tire breaks. I found out both rear tires had significant dry rot, which wasn't mentioned or addressed during the inspection.

I won’t take my car anywhere else! Fast, reliable service and l always leave knowing I got the best care available. The mechanics are top-notch and they don’t miss anything! Even if I don’t have an appointment, I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. If you want a real, honest job done, look no further.

I’m mechanically inclined - I rebuild engines in my spare time. For work that I don’t feel like doing or that I don’t have the tools to do, I bring all my cars to Crumpton. They’re honest, efficient, and do great work at a reasonable price. I’ve never had them recommend work that didn’t need to be done. Rarity these days in the automotive industry.

Crumpton Tire & Auto services all of our vehicles at C.P. Dean. They are more than honest, reliable, and all around good people. We all wish they had a bigger parking lot, but we get over it for the service, price, and smiling face they provide.

Had a flat on our minivan—nail in the tire. We arrived at the busiest time of the day, but they patched it for a very reasonable price, no pressure to get us to buy stuff we didn’t need, and everyone was friendly.

The worst service ever! Rude, incompetent and arrogant. They don’t treat women with respect. The didn’t fix my car properly, they made it worse and had to take it to another shop. After the 2nd shop fixed the things he didn't because they didn’t know how..he then refused to own any wrong doing and yelled at me.
