My wife and I loved the Jefferson Hotel with its courteous and capable concierge staff; modern amenities and comforts in the historic 1895 property; superb Sunday champagne buffet; and central location with complimentary shuttle service to Richmond's main downtown attractions.

I've wanted to stay here for years, and finally had the excuse to be in Richmond. This is refinement at its best. Service is outstanding, rooms are beautiful. Very impressive. Will definitely make a point to stay here again when we are in town.

Such a huge disappointment- has downsized, nothing like it used to be - could be a gift shop in any hotel anywhere..., too bad for everyone
