The cheapest pharmacy with united health care, BUT they have poor communication, inconsistency with availability, they never answer the phone, and they have no empathy. You’re better off ordering your medicine a month before you need it and they may have it available. That’s a strong may. If it’s life or death… you’ll probably die dealing with them. Best wishes.

St. Mary's pharmacy was amazing. My son needed a very specific form of medication same day and was the only pharmacy locally out of 4 specialty pharmacies that could accommodate. Customer service was amazing and even tried to troubleshoot insurance issues. So thankful I was able to get the medication timely and with such great service!

This review is actually for the pharmacy located in 8200 Meadowbridge Road, Medical Office Building IV, in Mechanicsville. This pharmacy staff has gone above and beyond for me regarding insurance snafu's and getting my medications. The head Pharmacist Amanda is so compassionate and so professional, she is truly an amazing person, not just a provider for us. She has scaled the mountain that is the insurance nightmare we are having regarding some of the prescriptions that I have. Enough cannot be said about how they advocate for their customers, and navigate the awful waters of the insurance world so that we can all get the medicine we need. I am grateful for Amanda, and all of the compassionate staff at this pharmacy for their time, and attention, to every person they help.

Hey, let's all spend a few weeks on the psych ward. Where the staff can harass you, and old men with bald heads and goatees and glasses can assault you. Not to mention where they can drug you up! Yay!
