Worst experience I've ever had. The the store was supposed to been open at 10:00 a.m. he didn't get there till 10:00 told me to wait a minute was very rude and snatched the phone out of my hand I tried to tell him something and he said you don't need it so I would never go back to that boost Mobile again matter of fact I really don't like this phone I was in dire need of a phone so I'm looking around to get a replacement

This place is a scam he sold me a no good iPhone 13 on Christmas Eve my daughter updated her phone and when it came on she couldn’t swipe up I took it back he told me that he couldn’t exchange my phone nor give me my refund I took it to apple and the guy told me that it was the motherboard so boost will have to exchange my phone cause I brought it from boost it’s still brand new so I took it back to boost and he still refuses to exchange my phone or full refund so he called the police so basically he stole from me I will not go to this boost location at all he is a scammer they will take your money

I had a horrible experience at this Boost Mobile location. If you need help or plan to make a purchase, I strongly recommend going to another store. The employee at the counter was rude and unhelpful.
I came in to buy a SIM card and possibly activate a phone. Without asking which plan I wanted, the employee quoted me a price of $109, which I found odd. I explained I mainly needed a SIM card to activate the phone. He became standoffish after I clarified this.
I also mentioned that I had purchased two SIM cards in the past that expired and wanted to ensure the one I bought would work. After selling me a SIM card, I tried activating it immediately, but it was invalid. When I went back, he handed me another SIM card, which was also invalid, as was the next one. I asked if he needed to scan or do something on his end, but he insisted there was nothing more he needed to do.
He then told me the phone wouldn’t work and that I would need to purchase a new one. This turned out to be false. I went to Target down the street, purchased a SIM card for $5, and activated the phone with no issues.
This location clearly lied and wasted my time. Avoid this store if you value good customer service or don’t want a headache.

Manager very Very rudeBoost Mobile Customer service and activation we're down for over a month, I dropped my phone and replace it try to activate on my own but it would not happen took it to the store manager saidad he would charge me $50 To activate . I told him that after 13 years with Bruce mobile I would need to switch cprayers because he was unable to help me not because I didn't know how to do it but because their system was down. So boost Can Thank him for losing a customer.
